Curse II
With all the energy left in her, she ushered only one word, "Leave." Azrael leaned at the railing of the bed.
"Azrael." Helena tried to respond.
"I said leave!" She yelled, her voice breaking down apart with tears rolling down.
Helena didn't strive farther to console. She sighed and returned inside the mirror and vanished on the other side.
Azrael sighed in relief once Helena was out of her sight. The pain was still unbearable. This was her life. No matter how much she wishes to fight, it still crushes her every time. Each time the force that bent her down to her knees got stronger and more painful.
Azrael focused on her breathing, that's the only way to feel better. Don't focus on the pain like those humans say focus on your breathing rhythm. Of course, she doesn't actually breathe but she was once a human too.
