Melina at the Academy

It had been a few days since Ichiro left for the Droman Empire, and Melina had started attending her classes at the academy.

At first, she was enthusiastic about the prospect of learning new things but was quickly brought back to reality when she realized the magic that the professors at the academy were teaching wasn't even close to the level that she could already cast.

During one of her practice lessons, the students from her class were tasked with practicing the spell "fireball" and were given a long chant that they needed to recite before casting it.

"Fire that burns everything, lend me your flames to vaporize my enemies, burn through the core, and let them feel the wrath of the true fire…" a student chanted for a few seconds before releasing a slow and weak fireball that barely left the target with a burn mark.
