He tried to jump off the building

The sound echoes the whole building making them confused about who was yelling so loud. Those who were near the window scanned outside in search of the origin of the voice. But they saw nothing even though they looked up and down and around with the same thought... What was that?
Soon as the sound stops resonating around they all ignore it having their attention back to the thing they were doing before, just like nothing had happened. But the people around Ryan's compartment came out rushing and attempting to enter Ryan's room. They all were surp[rised with the sudden yell with adrenaline rushing within their body as they anticipated the worst.

The door opens as a crowd of people including nurses and few other patients enter the room just to have a shocked expression on their faces.
"Omo!! " A nurse yells with her hands covering her wide-opened mouth.
