Although there were more than a handful of disciples being honed to their top potential, the scream was easily recognizable from afar since it belonged to someone who had risen through the ranks within a short span of time.

Ryuta Himuro, with his iconic headband and bright red hair, stood on one end of the field. His body was smoking and his skin was charred black. An intense heat enveloped his entire body as steam came out of every pore of his body. The other disciples, who didn't have any of their skills activated right now, couldn't even stand up near the field due to the heat he emitted.

For some reason, Ryuta Himuros' headband didn't burn even though his face was also burning with an intense heat. He let out an exhale as he stared down at his opponent on the other side of the field.
