A D-Date? With Star Spangled?!
After a little bit of catching up Eye Goddess finally adjourned the meeting as she stood up. They came to an agreement that they'd announce some sort of event and have superheroes participate in it. This way, there won't be any worldwide panic and the superheroes would do the job for them.
It was a pretty average plan. They'd put up a rumor about aliens leaving their trace on Earth, and then encourage superheroes to look into memorable places such as the Seven Wonders of the World, for starters. Of course, just to make sure that they won't leave any stones unturned, Eye Goddess and Star Spangled would secretly mobilize secret groups so they could also study the historical locations.
