New Structure

Early in the morning Jian and others are gathered in the sect hall and Ye Qiao and Yu Yang has finally put forward their points about the new structure of the sect. 

Jian is agreeing with them and and he is happy that they have also same thought as him now finally he can create a fixed structure for the sect and they will not need to worry.

Now Jian thinking about the structure as Ye Qiao and Yu Yang has given him the hints so using that hints he has to create a proper structure so that the sect will be get easier to manage. While he was thinking Jian told Yu Yang to call his team member in the sect hall. 

 Aside from five members of Yu Yang's team he has called 4 more disciples whose talent level is same as Yu yang's team. 

The disciples entered the sect and greeted Jian and other elders all of them accepted greetings and then they waited for Jian to spoke.
