He looks at me waiting for me to say something and I sigh.

Just as I was about to say something, I hear a tiny giggle which makes me look over to the stairs.

/"Shh, don't laugh. Mommy is gonna hear us./"

/"Sorry. I couldn't help it./"

/"If we get caught, I'm suing you./"

/"How will you do that?/"

/"I don't know. I always hear Uncle Kegan say that so I'm guessing I can do so too./"

I smile and stand up.

I tiptoe to where they are sitting and squat close to them.

/"But, we have to be quiet so mommy will not hear us./"

/"What don't you want mommy to hear?/" I say and smile.

/"We don't want mommy to know we're here so we can scar-/" they both turned towards me and I smile.

/"Go ahead./"

/"Mommy, when did you get here?/"

/"Oh I've been here for long./"

I said and they frowned.

/"Cora It's all your fault. If you hadn't giggled./"

/"Not it's not./"

/"Yes it is./"
