If you're wondering how he can do that thats because ill will is extremely versatile and can be used for many things one of them is using its just like the power of darkness from sds, it can also be used as energy blast, creating storms and it can be used as a bastardised version of conquerers haki and induce fear as it was shown when taotie released his ill will and made 1000 people faint in the light novel, as far as haki goes it can also be used as an armanent haki by clading it in your body thus hardening the part that your clading, it can also create constructs just like a lantern ring in dc but this one is limited to his energy supply.

Except a single thought that was just running on his mind.

With those last thoughts Ichirou fell asleep and all the energy he was releasing all got dispersed making the semi conscious Ryuuga, Rei, Shiori, and Elmira.

After that incident they decided to skip classes for investigating on what exactly happened to that big ill will release since the only possible answer for it is an Evil Spirit they didn't really know because they still didnt encounter a real one but is most likely sure thats its one since this is the biggest ill will they've all felt.

And its been a day after that incident and people where talking all about it in social media because quite a ton of people got handicapped and died at the incident most residents who lived in this city moved away because of fear of it happening again making this city more of a ghost city rather than one with alot of people.

Police and JDSF all also started investigating what caused this phenomenon to happen but at the end they didn't find a single clue about anything.

They still haven't given up on investigating because its only been a single day but they'll start dispersing sooner or later if they cant have a fruitful endeavour.

The damage on the property cost was also very expensive to the whole city but our boy Ichirou just ended up buying a City Repair for 100k in the shop and he used it to repair the crumbled up and destroyed buildings because of the earthquaked and ill will that was released and besides it was technically his fault since he didn't notice he was using that much energy.

(A/N: To people that says this is exaggerated I'll tell you that its not here are the reason and examples.

First - It's easy to lose motivation if you lose something important, it happens to me alot in minecraft and other games where I'm mining and i have alot of irons and diamonds in my inventory and all of a sudden a lava just pops outta nowhere and says ciao~.

Second - He didn't know he released that much power since its hard to hold back when you're angry, It's like when i hit my little brother because he pissed me off and i thought i just did it lightly but it was actually a hard hit.)
