My Other Self is a Strong Warrior

It’s been 4 years since his father, a Filipino shaman named Louis Santos, had died after banishing an evil entity, only known as Master Black Blood, into the underworld for his atrocities, Hoshi had to hide and conceal Kuro from anyone for his safety. But, Master Black Blood’s son, Master Demon Blood, would do anything to avenge for his father’s banishment from the overworld, and this also means killing Hoshi. This demonic entity also employs the help of Sha Sakiyama, a mercenary and expert on the use of shadow, to get rid of Hoshi. But, Hoshi isn’t alone in fighting the evil forces. His classmate, a reclusive and introverted ninja named Bokuto Sakata, decided to help him out because his father was a close acquaintance of Louis, and a girl named Saki Mizoguchi, who was secretly a mage and had a long family lineage of the use of magic. Chapter 36 – Focus, channel, and release and Negative Energy bullets

Third person POV

On Sunday, Sha was training Hoshi and his friends on the same Negative Energy channeling and releasing lessons. At the same time, he had a hunch that some yokai were attacking somewhere in Nara City, so he trained them to be more prepared. They are at the same abandoned warehouse as before.

"Focus, kids," he reminded them as he observed their performance and training.

Kuro now cooperates with Hoshi, giving him negative thoughts and emotions to fuel the Negative Energy.

Then, with some training, Hoshi and his friends managed to turn that energy into a weapon.

"Good, now try to fire it at this target." Sha pointed at the makeshift targets made of old wooden crates.

They did so, and their attacks were destructive, destroying the crates into pieces.

 "Wow," Hoshi commented in amazement.

"So cool!" Taro added in enthusiasm.

"We did it!" Saki added as well, thinking that it would add to her arsenal of magic.

"Very good." Sha nodded in approval. "Keep on practicing it, and you'll be masters of it in no time."

"Yes, sensei!" Hoshi and the others responded, before continuing on their training.

Sha was happy, but still remains in touch with Master Demon Blood.

Later, at 10:11 a.m., they took a break from training. Sha bought some snacks and refreshments from a nearby convenience store and gave it to them. "Here, you kids might get hungry." Hoshi and his friends are delighted to have snacks and cool refreshments from their teacher. So, they opened the snacks and drank the cool refreshments. Hoshi chose a sweet apple drink and a big bar of dark, bitter chocolate. Taro and Bokuto had honey and butter-flavored potato chips and bottles of mineral water. Saki had a pack of small, matcha tea-flavored chocolate bars and a bottle of milk tea.

"Thank you so much!" they said to him.

Sha smiled. "You're welcome."

And so, they continue enjoying their snacks.

Later, Sha gave Taro some strange-looking bullets. "What are those bullets?" Taro asked him.

"Those are Negative Energy bullets, crafted by me."

Taro and the others are very surprised to hear that.

 "What?"

 "That thing actually existed?"

"I never heard of them before."

"Yes, these bullets are made of metal, but I mingled them with my Negative Energy," Sha explained in response.

"Wow, are those fit in my pistol?" Taro asked as he grabs his pistol from his backpack.

"Yes, those are tailored-made for that."

Taro tries them by removing the regular bullets from his pistol and loading it with the Negative Energy ones, before firing a shot at a partially destroyed wooden crate.

This causes the said wooden crate to be shrouded in dark fire magic, burning and incinerating it into ashes in just seconds.

Taro was amazed. "Woah…"

"Cool, isn't it?" Sha said to him. "Use them wisely, okay?"

Taro then looked at him. "Yes, I will, sensei."

Hoshi and the others are happy for him even though they don't wield a gun.
