Wolf King’s POV:

The most obvious shifter whose head would roll for the loss of the young gray warrior from the pack, would be his commanding officer, Aldris. Aldris, who compared to the wolf king was a child. A child, who recommended children for command.

Yet, it was out of the wolf king’s concern. For Aldris was a child, who had only recently signed over his soul.

Of greater import was this spark. The flowing flash of white fur, and the spirit of a domain walker the likes which destiny had never before seen.

AJ was his name. For through his agent Storm, the wolf king had seen it all.

“How could he remove me?” The wolf king mused. Hybrid magic was, to his knowledge, impossible to dispel. None had succeeded in centuries. Not even the Moon Goddess herself could touch him, although she did poison the moon against him. Yet, what use did he have for the moon, when staring in the face of ultimate power? A power which none on this earth could resist.
