Nolan was not worried that many beggars would choose to live in his village with their families. Even if half of the beggars chose to live in the village, the other half that remain would work twice as much just so they could get some money and spend it on women and alcohol.

And it was not that bad if they chose to live in the village. From what he could see, this group of beggars was at least twice as large as the group of beggars that were under Alfred. This means that there is a possibility that Nolan could complete the quest Population even before the end of the war with the Viper organization.

He only had two worries. One of his worries was that the expenses would increase. After all, he would need a lot more money to buy food. And his second worry was whether Kelton had finished building the temporary houses.
