Recalling the Meeting - I
"Is my dad on a secret mission or on a suicide mission?" Natalia held her head with her hands and was almost on the verge of breaking down into tears after she asked that question. She wanted to be angry at herself for not finding out about her dad's mission sooner.
Though finding it out would not have made any difference because he was already in the mission, she felt like she had failed to read her dad's moves. He was never a person who would have ignored her calls; he would never send a video message before. And even then, she had failed to notice anything suspicious.
Amelia could not immediately give an answer to Natalia. It was meant to be a secret mission for David but sending him to the planet which had massacred so many IGT Fed employees was no less than a suicide mission. If he was found out then there was no denying that he would be killed instantly.
