Chapter 56. Road Trip
Hyejin's brow furrowed as she asked, "Why are you asking to meet while we're on holiday?" The words had a slightly accusatory edge to them, her confusion palpable.
It had been a week since the company had granted the eight of them a two-week break before their first world tour, and they had all eagerly escaped from their shared apartment, seeking out destinations where they could find a respite from the constant demands of their profession.
For Hyejin, this break had been particularly hard, as it had been a week since she had last heard anything from Rachel. The two of them had grown accustomed to sharing everything with one another, and Hyejin found herself feeling uncharacteristically frustrated by the radio silence.
