Sacrifice

Kim Jae who didn't have any preparations stumbled and fell to the ground, curled up on the asphalt.

Blood dripped from Kim Jae's nose and lips which were torn off until it seeped onto the paved ground. Kim Jae's body seemed to have no energy in the morning. Kim Jae's eyes began to blur, everything around him seemed to have a shadow.

A man who was tallest among them, walked towards Kim Jae who had fallen face down on the ground. He was the one who was beaten badly by Kim Jae, as if he was going to teach Kim Jae a lesson he deserved.

The man took the wooden block that was near his feet. He pounded the wooden block into his left hand.

"It took you too long to give it up? You damn foreigner!" shouted the man.

Duassh!!

The man hit Kim Jae's back, which was still face down. Kim Jae can't fight back, his strength is running out. He received multiple blows in the back without a fight.

The four male colleagues who beat up Kim Jae, one by one began to rise again. They were seen grinning cruelly while wiping the blood that was smeared on their faces, due to Kim Jae's impact earlier.

Kim Jae had almost lost consciousness, before he heard footsteps approaching. In the dim, Kim Jae saw Kenkyo woke up and ran towards him.

Kim Jae smiled when he saw Kenkyo had come to his senses. In this way, it was not in vain even though he had to be battered. Kim Jae will show his charisma again after this.

"Brother, are you okay?" Kenkyo asked, looking so panicked.

Kim Jae immediately got up and smiled.

"Just wait for me here, Chibi!" his orders. Kim Jae seemed to get his energy back.

*Chibi = small child

Kim Jae ran back towards the five annoying bandits. He jumped into the air, throwing a circular kick right into the tall man's face.

The tall bandit lost his balance because of Kim Jae's kick earlier. It just so happened that Kim Jae was wearing those high-soled sneakers. So, just one kick was enough to knock the bandit to the ground. Remember, even though Kim Jae is more than 40 years old, the way he dresses is like a young man in his 20s.

So, don't be surprised if today's men are more comfortable wearing t-shirts or shirts, combined with torn jeans, and wearing sneakers. Those who just saw it, might think that Kim Jae is still in his early 30s. In fact, he was already two. Two more children, although the other child is no longer recognized.

Kim Jae grabbed Kenkyo's hand to stand behind him.

"Chibi, you're all right, um?" Kim Jae whispered. Actually, he was the one who wasn't doing well at the moment. Kim Jae's head felt a little dizzy, not to mention his vision was still blurry. However, Kim Jae couldn't possibly complain. He can fail to be cool if he complains in front of the woman he wants.

"I'm okay, Brother. Thankfully, you can still survive like this. I'm sorry! Because of me, you got involved like this." Kenkyo said while wrapping her arms around Kim Jae's stomach.

Kim Jae smiled. It seems, the fish have started to enter the trap.

"If you've done the drama, let's finish this fight again!" challenged the stocky man among the five.

Kim Jae and Kenkyo again stood back to back. The five men surrounded them. The men displayed disdainful smiles even though their faces were already battered by Kim Jae's earlier beating.

Kim Jae glanced briefly at Kenkyo who was behind him. Kenkyo nodded as if he understood what his Uncle Kumiz meant.

"Up!" challenge the man who has a flower tattoo on his neck.

Kim Jae is feeling challenged. He dashed forward excitedly. Kim Jae's head hit the uncle's stomach and pushed him with all his might forward until the man's back hit a power pole.

The man was seen complaining of back pain. Kim Jae did not waste that opportunity. He blew his fist, then slammed the fist right into the lower jaw of the man's chin.

The bandit's head with a flower tattoo on his neck, seems to be spinning rapidly as a result of Kim Jae's very hard punch. His body fell to the ground and didn't move anymore. Maybe fainted.

Kim Jae's punch was so strong, it even made Kim Jae complain that his knuckles hurt right now.

Another bandit pulled Kim Jae's body back. He pulled Kim Jae's hands back to lock Kim Jae's movement.

Kim Jae stomped his foot on the ground, struggling to be released immediately.

The bandit brought Kim Jae near his other comrades.

"Keep the stranger's movements locked, Natsume!" exclaimed the spiky-haired man at his friend who locked Kim Jae's hands behind his back.

The bandit who shouted just now, gripped Kim Jae's jaw roughly.

Kim Jae spit right into the uncle's eyes, making him back away and suddenly slapping Kim Jae on the cheek so hard.

Kim Jae's lips were torn and bleeding. He saw another bandit who was now approaching Kenkyo.

This is terrible!

Kim Jae banged his head back to attack the nose of the uncle who was still locking his hands at this time.

The bandit immediately let go of Kim Jae's hand. He held his bleeding nose.

"Fuck you, Stranger!" he shouted, frustrated.

However, before the man could reach Kim Jae, Kim Jae first brushed his foot right into the man's shin, making the man fall on the ground as well.

Kim Jae quickly grabbed the hair and banged the man's head on the asphalt. The man was motionless, unconscious.

Another man approached Kim Jae.

Kim Jae jumped into the air and slammed his elbow right on the head of the man who was about to attack him earlier. The man's body fell to the ground as well. Kim Jae's elbow is still above the man's head.

With Kim Jae's strong hands, making the impact look very painful.

Kim Jae is now sitting right on the neck of the man who is still face down on the ground. Kim Jae grabbed the man's head and twisted it. Immediately the uncle lost consciousness.

Kim Jae's breath hitched. He paused for a moment to steady his breathing.

Far from him, Kenkyo was seen fighting the rest using wooden blocks. Kenkyo pounded his wooden blocks in all directions with full force.

Kim Jae took a deep breath, and exhaled slowly. Kim Jae seemed to be gathering back the remnants of the energy he had.
