My Hero Fallout

Izuku in the world of Fallout 4. Gets a different quirk, for All Might got One for All, and passed it down. (won't spoil the person who got it) and finds...friends? Can they be trusted? Izuku is a reincarnation of... somebody. Won't spoil it! You will know when he finds out what his quirk is. I don't own anything of Fallout or Naruto. Fallout is owned by Bethesda.

Chapter 5

As Izuku walks out of the office and towards the market, he notices someone holding somebody else at gun point. "Look, I'm not a synth! I'm your brother for crying out loud!" The man shouts. "And? Anyone could be a synth!" The other yells. Izuku runs up and disarms him and holds him on the ground. "Stay down!" Izuku barks at the man. "Thanks. I don't know what's gotten into him." Izuku drags the man to a security officer. "Here. Put him in prison or whatever, but if he gets out, I'll put him back." Izuku demands. "Alright, alright, we'll put him in. Jeez." Izuku shoves the man into the officers arms and walks away. 'People really would go to such extreme measures? This Institute really has ruined this world.' Izuku wondered, walking away. He walks to an elevator that leads up to the Mayor's office. "Look, the mayor doesn't want to talk about the Institute. Or you're looking for a housing permit?" The women at the desk says. She looks young, as if she was in her 20-30's. "I wanted to talk to him about a certain someone, and the key that probably belonged to him." Izuku says, as calmly as possible. "Oh. Then yeah, go right on." She leads him to the double doors that lead to the Mayor's office. He enters and notices the Mayor staring out into the city. "You wan't a key that belongs to someone who used to live here?" The mayor assumes. "The person is named Kellogg. I am going to find him and ask him why he did that. I just need a key he used." Izuku explains. The mayor gives the key, and Izuku uses his tracking quirk and instantly knows exactly where he is. He hands the key back. "Thanks." Izuku thanks the mayor and leaves the office. He rides the elevator down and leaves Diamond City. 'Now, to go to Fort Hagen.' He heads towards the North-west and crosses a bridge over some water. He reaches Fort Hagen and notices that the front door has been barricaded with rubble and sand bags. He looks around and finds a scaffolding with a board walk on it. He walks up it and it leads to a door on the roof. 'Oh. I thought that this would be difficult.' He enters the building and walks down the hallway. He goes through a door and notices a room with a bed. (a/n- Yes, I played fallout and yes, I skipped a lot of the place but I need to get Izuku to fight Kellogg.) "Well, looks like you finally found me. How does it feel to finally get revenge for your mother?" The voice asks. "Once I kill you Kellogg, I destroy the Institute!" Izuku screams, and as the door opens to enter the next room he sprints through and rams into Kellogg. Many Institute Synths fire upon him and he doesn't care. He activates his Rinne-Sharringan quirk. "All Mighty Push." Everyone in the room gets blown away, as the building gets blown away and destroyed. He looks around and finds Kellogg stuck under some rubble. He pulls out his pistol. "Bye-bye, bitch." Izuku pulls the trigger three times, and he gets shot in the head. 'Finally, I can find the Institute.' Izuku searches his body and finds some robotic parts and his revolver. "Nice." He drops the 10mm pistol and keeps the revolver. He starts heading towards Diamond City. He enters and heads to the mayors office. "You said I could by a housing permit. How much does it cost?" Izuku asks the desk women. (a/n- I don't have a name for her, so comment what you want her name to be.) "Oh. It's only 2,000 caps." She says, while smiling. "Caps? What are those?" izuku asks, hoping to get more information. "It's the currency of this worl, bottle caps." "That is smart, since paper cash is hard to find." She laughs. "Since your not from around here, I'll give you the keys for free. Think of it as... a welcoming gift." Izuku nods as he leaves and enters his house.

I don't really like to beg, but leave a comment if there is something wrong or if you like the book so far. It means a lot, thanks! I am back in school, and I only have around 4-5 hours in my free time and my friend died on the tenth. My head is all over the place, but I hope you enjoy the chapter!
