Chapter 15

"Well, you will be the new strongest Elder, while I will be the second strongest." Izuku laughs, knowing it's true. "I don't want to admit it, but you're right." Izuku looks at the date on his pip-boy. It say's that it is October 28, almost Halloween. "Is there a thing called Halloween?" Izuku asks the past elder. "I have never heard of this 'Halloween'. What is that?" Maxson asks. "It takes place on October 31, and people dress up as different. It's a holiday, so people are meant to have fun." Izuku basically explains what Halloween and what a holiday is. "So basically people dress up as fake people and do fun stuff? Sounds interesting." Izuku laughs. "It's also a time for being scared. People looking like monsters or anything really will scare you." Maxson looks at Izuku, confused. "What do you mean by scare?" Izuku stops walking and stands still. His skin turns bloody, as pieces of skin start tearing off. "Why didn't you save me?" Izuku asks in a graveled voice. "Why didn't you protect me, like you would your girlfriend?" He turns around, with a ripped up face and gashes across his face. Maxson starts backing away, freaking out. All of a sudden Izuku turns back to normal. "Did I scare you?" Maxson nods. "Sorry, but if you want to be a part of Halloween, you need to learn how to scare people." Maxson nods again. "How did you do that?" Izuku laughs. "It's a secret." Izuku holds onto Manson's shoulder and teleports to the Prydwen. Nejire is standing there pouting. She walks up to Izuku and grabs his hand. "We are going on a date." Izuku chuckles. "Sorry but I have work to do. You can hang out with me though." Izuku and Nejire go into the Prydwen and Izuku sits at a desk. "What kind of work do you have to do?" Nejire asks. "As the new Elder, I have to give missions and listen to reports. Along with that I have paperwork to read." He sighs. After a long day of learning how to do things properly, he thinks of something. 'I have the mindset of a 15 year old. Why did I agree?' He goes to his bed and falls asleep. In the morning Tenya walks up to him. "Elder, my report on the mission." Izuku nods. "I was able to take the target down, but other people noticed. I was able to escape. I'm not sure if people recognized me." Izuku nods. "Thank you for the report." Nejire walks up. "I want a mission." Izuku grabs a folder and skims through it. "I have one where people keep getting attacked by Super Mutants." He looks up. "All you have to do is set up some defenses and hope there are no casualties." Maxson walks in. "You too deal with it and until you get back I take the reports and send them on missions." Izuku nods and grabs Nejire's hand and teleports. They land in a farm house and exit the building. They start setting up turrets when a Super Mutant scout runs up and notices them. Before it can run away, Izuku activates his Rinne-Sharingan and and yells "Universal Pull!" The Mutant gets forcefully pulled toward Izuku before getting choke slammed. He snaps it's neck as it coughs blood. "Shit! A scout! We need to double time it or we could lose this fight!" She nods and they go back to making more turrets. A half hour passes and a lot of Super Mutants come. Izukus eyes widen as he figures out what happened. He stands up and yells "Leave or else there will be bloodshed!" The Super Mutants roar and charge. All the turrets start shooting but are quickly destroyed. Izuku activates his Power Armour and a blue ball forms in his hand. He then rushes forward and pushes it into a Super Mutant's chest, killing it. He jumps back abd does some hand signs. He shoots a massive fireball out of his mouth burning more. "There is too many. I have to use it." He runs up to Nejire and teleports her to the Prydwen. She realizes what he's about to do. Izuku raises his hands and yell "Almighty Push!" An invisible force pushes all the mutants back and destroys the building. None get back up so he teleports to the Prydwen.
