Chapter 38 - Quirk Assessment Test 2

I'm currently having a writer block, I'm trying to find MHA harem fanfic to get inspiration from. Preferably, Izuku X Harem.

If y'all have recommendations, please tell me.

Also, can anyone suggest Mai Zenin quirk in this story?

Minor spoiler but I've been thinking that Maki's quirk is where not only does she have properties of heavenly restriction but also cause weapons that she will gain certain effects. To basically have her arsenal from JJK.

I don't know what to give to Mai.

The first test was a 50 meter dash which Izuku was unsure if he should participate when he can run around the globe and make it back within minutes or even seconds if he pushes himself.

He decided to only use One For All and minor usage of Fire Dragon Slayer magic to not destroy their self esteem. Izuku already knew how they would feel after witnessing his ball throw even then he held back by a lot but not enough to make his holding back appear since Aizawa would notice.

Izuku can't underestimate a pro hero's intuition. Regardless, his power and speed is already at a ridiculous level even without going all out. The first one to take the test was Momo and partnered up with Ochako who both shook their hands.

"Let's do our best, Yaoyorozu-san."

"Please just call me Momo or Yaomomo."

Both smiled getting along as they prepared with the gravity girl tapping her boots to make her light while Momo removed her boots. Both taking deep breaths as they carefully listen to the robot.

"On your mark, get set, Go!"

Ochako ran in full sprints and due to lack of gravity easily dash towards the finish line, However, Momo was quicker when she created a powerful blast of air to glide to the finish line.

She could have replicated Katsumi's quirk but her resistance was not on par with the latter. Creating air is much simpler and doest use much lipids. The robot pointed at Momo and said.

"1.40 seconds" While Ochako caught a second later.

"7.15 seconds" She was trying to catch her breath when Ochako saw Momo holding out her hands making the gravity girl smile.

"You did an amazing job and don't worry I'm sure you won't fail."

"Thank you, Yaomomo. Still, your quirk is awesome!"

"Hehehe it is amazing only because I had help from a special someone. Maybe you could ask him later for advice?"

Momo glances at her boyfriend who notices her gaze and waves his hands with a smile while Ochako ponders if she could still have a chance with him.

Afterward, the next person that was going to test was Mizuna and Jiro but the latter's quirk wasn't suited to dashing. However, her body is at peak condition as she had trained her body to the extreme. Unfortunately, Mizuna with her [ Aera ] allowed her to moved incredibly quirk

"1.2 seconds." Mizuna came first before Jiro caught soon after.

"4.5 seconds." Once they were done, it was finally time for Izuku who was smirking as his partner was Katsumi. The two intently stared at each other with a wide grin that everyone was able to notice their rivalry.

"Ready to face the floor, second place?"

"Ha! Go screw yourself! I'll be taking that spot!"

Both position themselves at the starting line waiting for the robot to say go. Izuku shrouded himself with full cowling, letting One for all course through his body and adding fire dragon slayer magic.

Meanwhile, Katsumi took her boots, rolling them up along with her sleeves before taking a deep breath. This heightens her senses and perception before giving a toothy grin.

"Fire Dragon's Iron Fist Boosters/Hell Burst!"

The two exclaimed before Izuku zoomed in at lightning speed and Katsumiu created a large explosion from both his feet and hands producing booming sound that caused large dust while the others shielded their eyes.

Dust and debris were covered the whole surrounding, shocking everyone at the twos power while those that know them shook their heads.

"There goes the two again going overboard." Mizuna shook in shame.

"What the actual hell was that!? Where did these two monsters come from!?" The blonde said with a dark streak shaken by the display of power.

"That's so manly!"

"Their quirk is out of this world!?"

"Is this how U.A going to be….this will be difficult." Iida muttered, witnessing the challenges that he will face staying at the U.A.

'Great two problem child...I wonder why I haven't quit yet. Now I'm starting to regret telling them to go all out.'

Aizawa sighed slightly annoyed at their action as a few minutes later the dust cleared and heard the robot speak.

"Error.Error.Error."

Everyone was able to see two distances away from the finish line making their classmate's jaw drop.

'That was rather impressive.' Maki thought seeing the two moved. She had to get better and stronger.

'These two…I need to surpass them using my Ice to show 'him' that I don't need him!' Thought by half white and half red haired young woman with a noticeable burn scar at her red side.

"Shut it, I came before you!"

"Really? I'm clearly the one ahead of you!"

"Enough! You two stand aside!"

Aizawa yelled out glaring at the two and Fortunately the Track was somehow not destroyed and continued their test. Everyone else got a 5 second mark and went to the next test.

The second test is a Grip Strength Test.

Izuku held the grip machine in his hand, watching the other students attempt to grip their machines as much as they could. He just channeled One for All on his arms and gripped the machine until it broke apart with a loud crunch.

"Hehe, the strength of the dragons has no limits!" Tohru grinned and chuckled.

"Huh, did you say something?" Ochako asked Toru the invisible girl, causing Tohru to gaps that she blurted out loud.

"No, I didn't say anything." Toru replied.

"Odd, I thought I heard someone talking." Ochako was confused.

Kanna looks up at Tohru with a deadpan face while the dragon maid chuckles nervously, not going into eye contact with her. Meanwhile back to Izuku.

'Well shit, I was expecting this but I'll be damn'

Izuku then looked towards Maki, noticing her gaze then quickly looked away and did her test. Surprisingly her grip was superhuman.

'I wonder what her quirk is.' He pondered.

Izuku turned to look at Momo and Jiro, ignoring the looks his classmates were giving him. Katsumi got 103.7 kg, Jiro got 88.3 kg while Momo got 89.4 kg.

Izuku also noticed that Camie gained 66.8 kg. He was honestly surprised by her score, she honestly doesn't look that strong, but he guessed that he can't judge a book by its cover.

He also noticed that Ochako got 69.3 kg, and he wasn't the least surprised since Ochako herself told her that she trained herself while Toru only got 20.2 kg.

Aside from them, there is this guy with multiple arms who got 540 kg. He can't say he was surprised considering the dude's Quirk and his physique.

The next test was the standing long jump. Only some people were able to clear the sandbox, which were Izuku, Momo, Jiro, Maki, Katsumi, and the frog girl named Tsuyu.

The fourth test is sustained sideways jump.

Izuku came first, footwork is essential in martial arts, and he moved so fast he created an afterimage of himself. The second was Momo who created springs on her feet and remained pretty chill throughout the test.

The 5th trial was a softball pitch, and the first one up was Ochako.

"Go, go, go!"

The girl chanted as she threw the ball into the sky, and didn't look like it was going to stop time soon.

After a few seconds Aizawa showed her score, which was shocking to say the least.

"Infinity!? Holy cow! She's got an infinity!"

This was the collective response of the class, making Ochako blush a bit more when she saw Izuku giving her thumbs up.

After a few more people Katsumi was finally up. Katsumi went into the outlined white circle, rotating his arm and stretching it. He brought his arm back and his grip tightened around the ball.

"Hell burst!"

She threw the ball with a heavy explosion behind it, sending it launching into the air with destructive force. After a few seconds, Aizawa showed her score to everyone in the class.

"1511.3 Meters."

"Over one kilometer and a half!? Seriously, what the hell!?"

"Is there really such a huge gap between us? Aren't we all students just like them!?"

The next one to take a test is Momo, who created some sort of bazooka and used the softball as an ammunition and fired it off, blasting the ball up to 975.6 meters.

She could have used Katsumi's explosion but her resistance isn't the same as her. In the end, she is just a copy. Her true strengths lie in versatility.

Izuku was asked by Aizawa if he wanted to take the test again but he refused, Aizawa already saw him used his full power the first time he threw the ball, and he thought that he was now a little tired after all these tests, he might score a little lower if he took the test again. but Aizawa won't make the same mistake as before after witnessing his power.

Though he barely feels tired and if he went over his limit and used 80% or went all out with his Fire Dragon Slayer Magic he would surely score more, but he doesn't want to show off.

After that, they took three more test before Aizawa told everyone to gather around him to show their ranking. Those who don't have combat related Quirks are more nervous than the others.

After the total results were calculated, Aizawa put the rankings on a holographic screen.

"Yehey! Izuku got first place!!" Tohru yelled out, accidentally revealing herself to Aizawa and the whole class while poking his nose.

Tohru soon realizes this and sweats with a nervous chuckle feeling stupid for letting her temper get the best of her.

"Whoa, where did that girl come from?" Red haired youth asked.

"I guess she just wanted to see how I was doing on my first day here, her and Kanna." Izuku shrugged.

"Wait, you knew we were here the whole time?!" Tohru gasped.

"Y-Yeah, I kinda smelled you guys and I heard your voice during the grip strength test." Izuku explained.

"Guess that means I can come out now." Kanna revealed herself, shocking the students as well.

"Hello everyone, my name is Kanna Kamui Midoriya. It's nice to meet you and hope we can be friends." Kanna greeted cutely.

"OH MY GOD! SHE'S CUTE?!" All the girls and boys shouted as if their hearts were pierced by love arrows, even the quietest ones like Shoko and the bird head student couldn't resist her cuteness.

Aizawa didn't say it out loud or change his expression, but on the inside, he is screaming like hell in his mind about how cute Kanna is.

"Your sister is simply a Goddess of Cuteness!" Pink skinned girl squealed.

"He's not my brother." Kanna said.

"What do you mean? You have the same last name as him, Kero." Frog quirked girl asked.

"3… 2… 1." Katsumi counted down at what Kanna is about to reveal.

"Izuku is my papa." Kanna revealed as she hugs Izuku's legs, and the students all gasp that one of their fellow freshman students is a dad.

"Kanna, don't tell them that?!" Izuku gasped.

"Explain." Aizawa demanded, looking scarier than before.

"I swear, it's not what you think!" Izuku said.

"Kanna was kicked out of her home and had nowhere else to go, Izuku decided to let her stay with him and she saw him as a better dad than her old one, so he decided to adopt her." Tohru explained. Aizawa looks at Izuku again as he nods saying all that is true.

"Then I guess that would also make me the mother since Izuku and I are dating." Tohru giggled.

"Dude, how are you so lucky! How many girls does this guy have!?" Denki cried on his knees.
