Chapter 13 - A Familiar Scent

I don't know if it's early for Izuku to gain a dragon form and gain his ability but I thought this is necessary.

Though, bare in mind my scaling can be my own imagination because I want to have fun. I'll be adding villains from other anime to make it unique and interesting.

Also, there's another character that shouldn't be in Mha Hero arrive. Who is it?

Inside Izuku's dreamscape, he found himself receiving invaluable guidance from the predecessors of One for All. These experienced mentors were dedicated to helping him master his Quirk to its fullest potential. As they observed Izuku's progress, they were consistently impressed by his remarkable adaptability and his sharp combat intelligence.

His ability to swiftly learn and implement their teachings demonstrated that he was not only an exceptional student but also a prodigious wielder of One for All.

Through their rigorous training sessions, it became evident that Izuku was emerging as the most capable and powerful user of One for All, surpassing all who came before him.

Eventually, Izuku had to wake up and the First User got up before walking towards the boy as he placed his hand on his shoulders.

"We wish you the best of luck on this journey, Izuku. Make good progress with One For All, unlock our Quirks, and defeat my older brother."

"Yeah, we hope ya win, kid!" Daigoro said with a thumbs up.

"Good luck, Izuku." Hikage and En said simultaneously at the same time.

The Second and Third just give him a nod of approval while the golden spirit of Toshinori gives a thumbs up to his student.

"Izuku." Nana called to him as she went over.

"Tell Toshinori... that I am proud of him for all that he has done as All Might... and for picking you as a great choice for Ninth User for One For All."

Her words echoed as Izuku blinked his eyes before closing them completely. The next second, he was gone and woke up and immediately tried to communicate with them and amazingly he was able to talk with them.

'Well this is awkward.' Diagoro said.

'It doesn't matter. This will make this easier." Hikage said.

'You should get up and have breakfast. Ah text Toshinori while you're at it.' Nana said.

'Uhmm can I tell my friends about you guys? Though, I haven't talked about Igneel since it might cause a problem.' Izuku asked for their permission.

'Sure, go ahead. They already know about One for all.' En said.

'Still can't believe how careless he was.' Kudo said.

'Agree but these kids seem to have insane luck.' Bruce said. He messaged Allmight and went to have breakfast with everyone.

'She really does look like you, Nana.' Diagoro said seeing Inko.

'is it possible that the two of you are related?' En asked.

'Mom said we don't have any relatives since she was a single child and my grandparents died early.' Izuku explained.

'Well, I don't mind being called Auntie by you, Izuku.' Nana said.

[ "Moving on, I believe it best if she aware of your existence as she is the parent of your successor." ] Igneel said believing it was only fair for his mom to know.

'YoichiI think so too.' Yoichi said while everyone looked at him.

'Why did you say it like that?' En said.

'I have no idea. But anyway, We don't mind you telling her.' Yoichi said.

'Are you sure about this, Yoichi?' Hikage asked.

'I am. And it's only fair that she does. But what is your guy's opinion?' Yoichi said and saw that the majority agreed on telling Inko about the situation. Izuku talked to his mom and Mizuna at the recent event, shocking her core but accepted it quite easily.

"Now Igneel-san wouldn't be lonely." Mizuna jokingly said.

[ "This brat." ] Igneel growled at her. He prefers to be alone anyway and Izuku often chats with him. Soon they finished their breakfast and headed towards the Dagobah to continue their training as well as discussed the reason even that conspired.

"Dammit….why is it so much worse than ever before!" Izuku felt like puking because he was on a moving train.

'So this is what being a dragon slayer is.' Yoichi watched as Izuku struggled to even move.

'I think with my Black whip or your float would surely come in handy to help ease it.' Diagoro said.

'I think One for All made his side effects even stronger than before.' Hikage said.

'It certainly a strange weakness to have. Are all dragon slayers like this?' En asked Igneel.

[ "Yes, even the brat that killed me can't certainly escape it." ] Igneel knows that even how strong Dragon Slayer are they won't be able to escape this weakness.

After surviving that torture, Izuku arrived at the Dagobah beach where Toshinori and the others were waiting for him. He immediately told them everything that happened and how he was going to gain more quirks along with the history of One for all and All for one.

Their expression had a wide range of emotion from Awe, Shock, and Fear knowing that a villain with that kind of ability exists.

"What the shit!?" This is the only thing that Katsumi could utter from her shock.

"A quirk that can steal other quirks? Why isn't it widely known by the public?" Momo said

"Yeah, Shouldn't this person be at the top of the wanted list?" Jiro added thinking that if this kind of Villain exists then shouldn't all Heroes be alert.

"No, it's dangerous if the public learns of it and might cause widespread panic." Toshinori further explained that people would become paranoid at the possibility of their quirk being stolen.

"Is that so? Still it sounds unbelievable that someone has that kind of power."

"Wait, shouldn't that be really really really old!?" Himiko asked.

"If he can steal quirks, it's possible he has some ageless quirk or something." Mizuna said.

"Young Mizuna is correct. All For One does have this quirk but don't worry. I've already taken care of that guy and if somehow he comes back I'll defeat him again." Toshinori said while they looked troubled by this. If that person survived then that person would also be heavily injured.

'This guy is raising a red flag isn't he?' Diagoro said before being smacked by Hikage.

'You're also raising one.' Hikage said.

"I know what you're thinking Young Midoriya, no, it's my responsibility to focus on growing stronger. Promise if the time where I have to make a final stance you won't interfere." Toshinori held onto his shoulder.

'Listen to him Izuku. Both of you are stubborn but it's better for you to focus on getting stronger.' Nana said to him and Izuku thought for a moment before answering.

"I…I promise." Izuku will certainly break this in the near future but for now Toshinori trusts him to keep going as long as he can.

"...I bet 1,000 yen he'll break it." Katsumi said.

"Funny. We don't bet on something we're certain to lose." Itsuka whispered to her.

Soon after, Izuku and his newfound mentor helped him grow even stronger than ever before. Time passed by once more and another two months had gone by in the blink of an eye where Izuku focused on studying and learning more about his new quirk.

In those times, he didn't gain their quirk yet thinking that it needed some time since the other predecessors were somehow able to help Izuku from becoming a dragon and losing his human form.

His relationship with the others also improved, sharing their hobbies and spending time with them that ended up making the girls fall even harder for him. Everything was going smoothly except one particular day.

"Well, this has been a bust so far," Izuku muttered. Two and Three were uncooperative as usual, and so far, searching for Yoichi, Hikage, Daigoro, and En's names all came up with no useful information. His mom and Mizuna knocked on his door.

"What are you doing, sweetie?"

"Yeah, isn't it already late?" Mizuna said.

"Researching the past users." Izuku said as Inko and Mizuna entered the room.

"One of the villains had Yoichi-jii-san's last name. He's probably not an actual relation, but I've wanted to find out about the others' families just in case there were some other secrets waiting in the wings." Inko gasped when he said that someone shared the first user's last name.

"Did you find anything?"

"No information on Yoichi-jii-san. Almost nothing on Hikage-ji-san. Daigoro-ji-san had the most info about his Hero career, but he didn't have any surviving family. En-nii-san had a few hits, but he didn't know his biological family and there's not much info on his adoptive one. I'm about to search for Nana-kaa-san's now, which should be the easiest, since I know the name of her son: Kotaro Shimura," Izuku explained.

"Well, let's see what we find," Inko said hopefully. Izuku nodded and clicked the search engine.

In twenty minutes, they wished they hadn't.

It took some searching to find the correct person, but when they did, the first thing they found was a news article from fifteen years ago stating that Kotaro and his entire family was dead.

Further articles seemed to state that the case had gone cold. In a single day, Kotaro, his wife, his parents-in-law, his children, even his dog were killed in gruesome fashion, their bodies reduced to an unrecognizable slurry. The age of the children made it worse. His daughter, Hana, was only six, while his son, Tenko, was five.

Izuku, Inko and Mizuna held each other and wept. In his head, Izuku could hear Nana's wailing and feel the other vestiges, each and every of them comforting her. He wished he could join them, but for now, his mother, Mizuna and him were there, holding onto each other.

All might was distraught upon learning about it apologizing for Nana but she dismisses it because she never told him about her family and didn't want to be involved.

Unaware that this was part of All for One's wicked and sadistic plan. His friends were horrified, even Katsumi upon learning about what happened to Nana and her family at how tragic it was.

Now at the present time with exactly 5 more months until the entrance exam of U.A High School. Izuku was training with the other One for All User when Igneel senses something.

"Is there something wrong, Igneel-san?" Yoichi asked and Izuku stopped sparing with Nana to turn to Igneel who was looking somewhere.

[ "Yes, it is a scent of a dragon." ] Igneel revealed, shocking everyone.

"What!? Seriously? A dragon?" Diagoro exclaimed.

"How is it possible there's a dragon? Couldn't it be just the Dragoon Hero Ryukyu being nearby?" En suggested.

[ "No, the Ethernano or Magic energy in the surroundings shifted. It clear this is a real dragon and not that overgrown lizard." ]

"Are you also just an overgrown Lizard?" Diagoro said, receiving a growl from Igneel.

"Eek! Don't eat me!" He said while Hikage chuckled at this.

"Then what do you suggest that we should do?" Yoichi asked.

[ "Though it's possible that it can be dangerous but I believe it best we investigate." ] Igneel said and in the end everyone agreed to head there where Izuku gotten ready to head out when he came across Mizuna.

"Izu-chan? Why are you awake so early? And you seem to be going somewhere." Mizuna interrogates him.

"Ah, well, Igneel-Tou-san said that he sense a dragon nearby an—"

"WHAT!?" Mizuna yelled out while Izuku tried to shut her up.

"Shhhh…be quiet. I need your help to bring me there." Izuku said

"Fine. But is it safe? What if the dragon decided to attack you?" Mizuna worriedly said.

"We can always run if we can't handle it." Izuku said and Mizuna thought for a moment before answering.

"Fine, let's go." They soon flew towards the place even though it was illegal to use their quirk and had no choice but to do it. The two soon arrived at a forest and remained vigilant as they headed towards the place.

"What is this? A human? No wait….a dragon?" A strong female was heard as the towering green European dragon with black wings and a light green underbelly. Izuku's instinct was sharp and knows when someone was strong and understood that this dragon was incredible strong that he had to go all out if he wants to win and survive.

[ "Strange…she isn't any dragon I know because I would know someone as strong as her." ] Igneel said.

'What are you implying?' Yoichi asked.

[ "I am not sure but it's possible this dragon belongs to another world different to mine." ] Igneel stated inspecting the dragon in front of them.

"What are you? Why do you smell like a human and dragon? Are you a Hybrid?" The dragon seemed to demand but unable to suddenly wincing and Izuku surprised, turning his attention to the sword that embedded itself on her body.

"...tch it doesn't matter. If you're here to kill me then this is your best chance." The dragon said looking at Izuku and he saw the emotion in her eyes. It was fear, loneliness, uncertainty, hope, regret and many other emotions bottled up.

"Uhmm…I have no reason to kill you but do you want me to remove that sword? You seem to be dying because of it." Izuku suggested shocking The dragon along with the rest of those within him.
