Chapter 8:

Sakshi POV:

I opened my eyes and found arush.....I blinked several times to confirm. He is just looking at me as if admiring me. I was holding his collar Soo tight as if my life is dependent on it.

Arush POV:

She is soooooooo cute.... I observed her grip loosening around my collar. I just said that we reached hotel. After that we had dinner and left. I reached my home and had my sleeping pills.....( Yes I have problem with sleeping)

Sakshi POV :

After reaching apartment these 3 devils were killing me with their curious looks. I thought to neglect them and went to take a shower to relax my exhausted body. I came out after some good 20 min and was surrounded by my frnds.

Pari: Sakshi what is going on we need to know.

Sakshi: I don't understand....🤨

Divya: He was literally dragging you to car... staring at u when you were busy eating.... don't you think you should tell us!!!!

Sakshi: He always behave like he owns me...(rolling her eyes)

Appu: What do you know him before.... we thought you met him at the concert..

Sakshi: He is the new employee I said earlier.

Divya: From his looks he doesn't seem to be an employee..

Sakshi: Even I feel that....now enough of your interview and let me sleep...

Next day.....in office

Arush POV:

Today sakshi and I am going to meet the client for the upcoming project. I think she is going to avoid me like last night.....

I entered into her cabin and saw her already immersed in files.

Arush: mmm.....sakshi.....

Sakshi: Arush this is your work complete it while I talk to the client.(handed him some files)

Arush: I am also going to be present there when you talk to that client.

Sakshi: I am ur superior here.....I am supposed to take any decision.... not you just do as I say

Arush: What the....

Within that time client arrived and Sakshi started talking to the client completely ignoring Arush.

Arush being a stubborn brat sat beside sakshi keenly observing the project details. He found the project is not clear and there is something wrong with the client.

Sakshi was about to sign the contract when Arush stopped her and dragged her out of cabin.

Sakshi: What do you think you are????

Arush: Don't sign the contract.

Sakshi: See I am clearly irritated with your attitude....just let me go

Arush blocks her way and says her his point of view.

Sakshi: Yes you are right. I didn't get this into my mind.

Arush: There is much more which you won't get into your brain...

saying that he leaves her and goes away doing his work.

At evening.....

Subramanyam: Everyone listen to me...As you all know I am going to resign from this post within a month. But I thought I will resign as soon as I get someone fit for this post. Today I got that someone. All this happened just because of Sakshi.....and the new head is none other than Arush Sherigil.

Arush: What are you saying sir?

Subramanyam: Yes Arush. You already have good academic background. But I wanted to make sure that you are suitable for the post. That is the reason I wantedly kept you under Sakshi. Today she said me about how you handled the client. And I am happy that I can finally hand you this post. Congratulations

Arush: Thank you sir. I am really happy.
