'If this is a realm, I'm fucked.' As far as he knew, realms required keys to open exits; with no means to communicate outside for help, his injuries being severe, and needing a key to leave, he was effectively trapped.
As he devised ways to escape, his ears picked up movement from beyond the door.
'Shit!' Jayce thought as the footsteps got closer. 'Should I run for it or ambush them at the door?'
'If someone spots me I'm dead and it takes just a small breeze to take me out.'
