CHAPTER 37: FIRST SCHOOL DAY

Lekas already knew that it would be a problem for him to enter the academy. Somebody with a mask and no family name would obviously bring suspicions to most people. So, he had to find a way to bargain his entry. Though using his magic power was not his original plan, he noticed from Ardius’s expressions that it was a favorable factor for him, so he had to use it somehow. Thankfully, he didn’t really have to in the end.

“Conditions?”

“Yes, three conditions to be precise.”

“I see. Okay, then.”

“First, you will have to... wait, what?”

“I said I agree to your conditions.”

“But I didn’t even tell you what they were.”

“Well, you let me enter your academy without asking questions as well, I am only returning the favor.”

“I see. I will send you a notice containing those conditions, then. Ah, one last thing…”

Ardius hurriedly speaks to Lekas before he leaves.

“Welcome to Licol academy.”
