Chapter 12

Andreas's POV

I don't like being here. Coming to the Alpha's residence and showing myself like this is something I preferred to avoid. However, I needed to know why that woman was at my doorstep. There was no way Phillip was not aware that. He was Alpha, so he had eyes and ears everywhere that informed him about everything.

As I made my way through the gates in my wolf form, I watched how the people ran in haste, an attempt to get away from me. In less than a minute, the courtyard was already empty. I didn't care about that though. I had grown accustomed to such responses, so I just ignored them.

Nostalgic memories washed over me as I made my way inside the building. This is where I grew up. It was the only place I had ever called home. Now, my cottage in the middle of the forest had become my only home and this place was just lost in my memories.
