At the Perez mansion, Viviana was eating dinner with her family. Her mother glared at her father with a side-eye.
Her father acted nonchalantly and was still digging into his food. That was how her family had been.
Her younger brother who was still in middle school couldn't care less. He only focused on his studies and didn't give a damn if the family broke apart after what their father had done.
"I'm going to study," Nathan said, pushing back his chair, stood up, and left without another word.
"You see what you've turned this family into?" Mrs Perez questioned Theodore with an evident scowl on her face. "The child doesn't talk much anymore. It's always study and study. He's trying to occupy his head so he can't think of what's happening to us."
"Isn't that a good thing that he focused on his studies?" Theodore questioned back.
