The Luggage

5 July 2020.

"Here you go sir "said the manager of Regency hotel , and continued "Your room number is 1..0..6. Yes it is 106 and here are your keys "

"Oh thank you .Please send the luggage in our room " said Harry and went off with his wife to the room .

After some time the bellboy came to the room and knocked on the door "Sir please take your luggage ." But no one answered .He tried again "Sir please open the door and take your luggage " He got no response and left the luggage at the room.

In the evening when they came for supper ,they called the manager and said to him "I asked you to deliver my luggage .I have not received it yet." .

The manager stood shocked for a moment and replied "No sir ! the bellboy has delivered your luggage in front of your door. Actually you were not opening the door so he left the luggage outside the door."

"Call your bellboy now ."

The manager called the bellboy and asked him "Where you had put Mr. .Harry's luggage "

"I have delivered it at your room's gate "

"But I haven't received it yet "And he stood up angrily "Where does it go then .You poor man do you even know what was inside it .There were my business files ,my cash and my wife's jewelry too."

"Sir don't worry we have fixed a camera in the corridor ,we will see from there . "The manager replied .

"let's go now " Harry replied .

As they went inside the control room and started the recording what they see was beyond their expectations "What what how is it possible "said Harry .

"Look sir I have said you that I am not lying .The luggage is outside your room door ."

"But I have came from my door .Wait what do you mean ?Am I lying. I am saying I came from my room door .There was nothing there ."

"Sir it might be possible that you haven't seen it "

While Harry ignoring the situation agrees and instantly leaves the hotel .

The very next day the owner of the hotel ,Thomas calls all the staff for an instant meeting .

6 July 2020 at about 9:am in the morning .

"Our hotel was one of the best hotel in the city .It was ranked in most popular five hotels .But what happened suddenly that no one wants to live anymore ."

"Sir there are two to three customers in our hotel" said the manager.

"And sir most of the staff members have left the job ."Said the assistant .

"That incident has affected us too much ."

"Which incident?" asked the bellboy .

"5 years ago a very rich family was on holidays trip .They came here to stay just for two days .The family includes Robert ,his wife Sophia and their two sons Paul and Mark. On their first night of arrival Robert was murdered by an unknown person." Thomas said and stooped .

"Then what? It is not a big deal .Many big and famous hotels have to go through these incidents . I myself know some hotels but it doesn't hurt their reputation .They were famous and they are famous .Then how this incident has affected this hotel ." said the bellboy.

"John you are new here .You will never know what happened here five years ago." said the manager .

"But I have heard about it and I want to know about it .I am too the part of this staff now " said John ,the bellboy .

"So listen John .It was not an ordinary incident .The person Robert was murdered in his own room .His family was the witness of his murder but …" and he stopped .

"But what happened .Is his murderer caught ?"

"No because he was so intelligent .He killed Robert's wife and his son too .But luckily his son was injured only but from that day he could not speak a single word .From then onwards ,this hotel is facing many incidents. And the unexpected and unbelievable thing of all is that many people have seen Robert alive ,but he disappears "

"But how is it possible? How he is alive ?"

"Visit in the hotel room 120 in afternoon .I will tell you everything. One more important thing ,I am building a new hotel .This hotel will be under police cop for sometime "

"But why ?"asked the manager .

"Because his family has again opened the case ." said the manager.

"I will tell you more details tomorrow .I have to go for an important meeting .For now follow my instructions "

The manager said this and left the room .
