Utilities:
Electricity (-10 CP): The warehouse is wired with electrical outlets and light switches. Infinite electricity can only be used for purchased items.
Heat/AC (-10 CP): Installs thermostats and other temperature control systems.
Plumbing (-10 CP): Installs running water, and sewage pipes for disposal. The bathroom is not included. Water cannot be taken out of the warehouse.
Local Net (-30 CP): This option adds a secure link to your current universe's Internet.
Force Wall (-20 CP): Adds a force field for the gateway so that no one or anything unauthorized may enter the warehouse.
Structures:
Shelving (Free): Adds basic metal shelves for organizing items that are kept in numbered order.
Terminal (-10 CP): Keeps track of all items stored within the warehouse.
Housing (-20 CP): A fully furnished home that is hooked up to all utilities within the warehouse. Adds bathroom.
Robots (-20 CP): Automated sorting system. Stores and retrieves items automatically.
Miscellaneous:
Portal (-30 CP): Removes the need for a key to the warehouse, as any entrance can be opened using a flat surface.
Food Supply (-10 CP): The warehouse is provided with a weekly drop of food that is enough to feed five people.
Stasis Pods(x2): These pods allow you to take companions through various jumps in your warehouse.
