Chapter : 11 First mission (Part 4)

Few days earlier

TMC headquarter, inside a lab.

myth is lying on a bed, and a strange liquid is being injected into his arm. outside the lab rookie is sitting on a chair and reading a magazine. Suddenly the door opened and the female doctor came out all flustered. "Sir something is not right" Doctor said.

Why! what happened? Rookie asked.

Suddenly from the open door a pained cry could be heard. Hearing this cry rookie's expression changed and he entered the room. there he saw myth body shaking violently in pain.

What the hell is happening? He said.

Rookie had no idea what is happening neither do female doctor?

"Go get the senior doctors" He said

Yeah yes, after saying this the female doctor runs out of the ward to find senior doctors, when she was turning the corner she accidentally bumped into a person.

Sorry, but when she saw the person whom she ran into, she got frightened because the person was none other than their mysterious chief.

Seeing her so flustered Chief said "Calm down and tell me why are you so flustered".

After hearing everything he ordered her to find senior doctors and scientists of TMC. And then he himself went toward the ward.

After entering the ward the first thing that came into chief's eyes was shaking myth and a flustered rookie.

He said "Hold him tight, senior doctors will be hear soon".

Hearing this voice rookie calm down and then he hold myth down.

After sometime doctors entered in the room and they started checking myth throughly.

After sometimes myth calm down by himself.

CHIEF - What was that?

Doctor- We don't know sir, something like this has never happened?

Suddenly, the calm myth ones again started shouting. however, this time his voice keeps changing. Sometimes its soft, sometimes coarse, sometimes it childish and sometime it's old.Aaaaaaaaaa

suddenly after thinking something CHIEF bolted toward his office and after entering in his office he went toward the drawer and opened it. There a strange crystal was lying in the opened drawer and without saying anything he picked it up and then he smashed it against the floor. With the loud glass shattering sound it broke into pieces. seeing this he take a deep sigh and his expression changed into the one of nostalgia as if he was thinking of his own old times and then he return toward the ward, by now myth has calm down and lost his consciousness.

Seeing his chief again rookie asked "boss what do think has happened?

Instead of answering he asked rookie "have you heard about the legend of oldest star?"

"Yeah, everyone knows. The one who carries the oldest star is the one in all the multiverse" he said.

But what it had to do with this situation?

I am afraid the crystal myth was carrying was the part of the oldest star.
