Savior

As Kei ran he noticed the group of students have split and continued following the girl with blond hair. He was still a bit far from her so he kept running.

When he got closer he noticed the man from before approaching the girl. He hurriedly ran towards them.

He noticed that the girl saw the man and tried to get away but tripped. As the man got closer the girl was in tears.

But before anything could happen Kei kicked the man to the ground and knocked him out.

When Kei made it on time he sighed in relief. He then turned his head and saw the girl in tears. He stayed where he was and decided to reassure her. He didn't want to touch her since someone just tried to assault her.

"It's okay now. Your safe." Kei said in a gentle voice.

When the girl heard this she ran toward him and hugged him. She sobbed and kept on thanking him. Kei didn't do anything except pet her head and reassure her everything was okay.

After a while, the girl calmed down and they called the police. The girl still hugged him and Kei didn't say anything. When the cops came they took their statements and arrested the man. Of course, Kei would make sure he never saw outside a prison cell again.

When they left the girl approached Kei.

"Thank you for saving me." she said with gratitude in her voice.

"You're welcome." Kei simply stated.

"U-Um c-can I ask your name?" said the girl with embarrassment.

"My name is Kei, Kei Himura. And you're?" asked Kei.

"O-Oh right my name is Yusa." Yusa said embarrassed that she forgot to give her name.

"Well let me take you home." Kei offered because he didn't want this girl to walk back by herself after all that happened.

"A-Are you sure." Yusa asked with expectation. She wanted to ask before if he could go with her but she thought it would inconvenience him if she asked.

"It's fine, I insist." Kei said knowing what she was feeling.

"Ok then! Thank you!" Yusa said with a smile, happy that he will walk with her.

"No problem. Let's go before the sunsets." Kei said.

Yusa nodded and they began walking together. As they talked with each other, Yusa asked for Kei's contact information. Kei agreed and they exchanged their contact info.

After walking for a few more minutes, they arrived at Yusa's house.

"Alright, see you later Yusa. Goodnight." Kei said.

"Good night Kei." Yusa said.

Kei waited until she got inside to finally leave and headed back home. It was an exhausting day and he needed to go home to rest.

"Aw shit, I still have to make dinner and explain to Anna why I left in such a hurry."

*Sigh*

"I guess the day isn't over yet." Kei sighed thinking about how to explain what happened to Anna.

When Kei arrived home he saw Anna on the couch watching tv. When she noticed Kei she turned her head and glared at him.

"I'm home." Kei said nervously.

"Welcome back." Anna said while staring at him.

*Sigh*

Kei sighed knowing it was going to be a long night.

June 6-Wednesday

The next day Kei went back to school with Anna.

It had been a very exhausting night for Kei yesterday as Anna kept calling him an idiot for putting himself in danger. He apologized and Anna also didn't press the matter anymore considering what happened but told him to be careful.

When it finally got to lunchtime Kei went ahead to the cafeteria to teach Ayano.

*Ding*

As he was walking he heard his phone ring so he looked and saw Yusa messaging him.

They have been messaging each other since yesterday night. Yusa was very energetic in her messaging and seemed like a different girl than he saw before. Although she was very emotional when he saw her so he would assume this is her real personality.
