Mr President’s Substitute Wife

When Sophia Anderson flees her own wedding, her sister Willow is unexpectedly thrust into the role of her substitute bride, turning Willow’s already tumultuous life into a waking nightmare. Three years later, Sophia reemerges, supported by the family, to reclaim her position as Alejandro’s wife, leaving Willow cast aside and forgotten. “What about the night we shared? Didn’t it mean anything to you?” Willow asked, her voice shaky, terrified of his response and yet knew his response will finalize it all. Alejandro scoffed, eyebrows raised like he couldn’t believe his ears. "The night we shared was utterly insignificant, Willow. It meant nothing to me. Don't delude yourself into thinking it held any importance.” He spat out without hesitation. Alejandro looks at her dead in the eye, "Sign the divorce papers, Willow and leave. I don’t ever want to see your face around here anymore.”

Chapter 18

Mr president's substitute wife~

Willow walked into the coffee shop, eyes running around the place till it fell on the man. She rushed to the seat, her heart pounding hard in her chest she could barely breathe.

"Mr Smith, I am so sorry for keeping you waiting for this long. I am terribly sorry." Willow rushed out, placing her bag next to her.

The man, Matthew Smith blinked twice, his face pulled into a fright visually surprised at how disoriented she was. "Miss Anderson, please it's okay." He said, standing up, his hand stretched out for a shake. He stood tall, maybe of the same height as Alejandro, his blonde hair tied into a man-bun, his tattoo peeking out of his arm, taking Willow by surprise. The first time she had seen the man, he clearly didn't have any tattoos. Willow swallowed hard as she slipped her hands into his, her body still shaking from the fear of him leaving without seeing her.
