CHAPTER 2- Vampire Witch

(y/n is 5 years old in this part)

King Blades's pov~

It was very early in the morning, when I heard faint giggles. I groaned in annoyance because of lack of sleep. For few years I am trying to keep my daughter y/n safe by thinking about possible ways to keep her away from those who want her blood as it is very powerful, because first it is a vampire's blood, second she was born on 'Blood Moon' night.

Slowly I got up from my bed and started following the giggles. It lead me to my throne room. There I saw y/n giggling to herself and acting like me, when I am on the throne with other ministers. A small smile made its way to my lips, as I started thinking about how y/n will be the next Queen after me.

After some time I saw that she was able to move tables with just propping her hands in the air into the direction of the heavy furniture. I was startled 'she can't be a witch, can she?' I thought. 'if she is the one then I need to ask Alice (the fortune and future teller)' I thought again.

----Time Skip----

I was focusing on the map as some ministers told me that there is some problem on the boundary of our kingdom as King Nines was sending troops to that area. I don't want a war between us, but if he wants a war then I will be ready.

I heard a knock on the door, a maid came in to tell me that Alice has came, I gave her orders to bring her in. aster some time I saw Alice enter, I told her about what had happened and instead of shock I saw a small smile on her face as if she knew that before. Before I was able to ask her something y/n came and hugged Alice. Y/n and Alice are very close, Alice treats y/n as her little sister. It makes me happy as y/n is not having any siblings.

"I missed you" y/n said

" I missed you too princess" said Alice

"Y/n can you please go out of the room, as I want to ask some important thins to Alice?" I asked her

"Oh ok dad" y/n said before leaving and shutting the door.

" Alice did you knew about y/n's powers?"

"Not really. I just knew that she was born with special purpose and some gifts but I didn't exactly knew about her powers. But when I touched her I can feel the power flowing though her veins."

"And?" I asked getting curious

"And I think that she is a witch. The first 'Vampire Witch' ". She concluded

A bright smile appeared on my face. I was so happy to be y/n's father, but I was worried as well, as I don't want her hurt. ' I am not gonna let any force hurt her until I am alive' I made a promise to myself.
