Pain's pain

Hiro was sitting in the Hokage's office, looking at Naruto, who was crying after hearing that Jiraya died. He felt bad, he really did think of Naruto as his own son. He grabbed Naruto and hugged him saying "It's alright..." Naruto gripped onto his shirt and cried.

Hiro looked at Kakashi and signaled a message with his hands. Kakashi's eyes widened and he disappeared. Fukasaku appeared and looked at Hiro, who winked and patted Naruto on his back saying "Naruto."

Naruto got off and wiped his eyes, Fukasaku said "Naruto boy, come with me to learn Senjutsu. Jiraya did the same when he was your age." Naruto looked at Hiro, who smiled softly and said "Your dad's already in Sage mode. It's permanent for me." he gave Naruto a big smile and added "I don't think you can do the same!"

Naruto gawked and said "Whatever the old man can do, I can do better! Let's go, grandpa frog!" Fukasaku chuckled and grabbed Naruto, before reverse summoning away, giving Hiro one last look before he left.

This guy was scary.

As a frog, he could tell.

His frog senses were going crazy.

Hiro called Sakura, Hinata, and Isabella into the office after Naruto left and said "And?" Sakura said with annoyance "Couldn't even touch that guy!" Hinata said softly "He was strong..." Isabella added "What do you mean strong?! You would've one shot him! Yet, you only stare at Naruto all the time..."

Hinata blushed and said quietly "Well... You know... Umm..." Hiro coughed and said "Yes, you couldn't hit him. It's fine. He has Sharingan powers anyway. I would be more surprised if you DID manage to hit him, actually." the girls were stunned and Sakura asked "Daddy, if you know then why didn't you tell us? Also, can't you just go and take care of it yourself?"

Hiro smiled and said "If I go by myself, how are you going to get experience? They say near death experiences are the fastest way to grow!" he paused and looked at them before rubbing his nose and adding "Though, you probably haven't had any problems..."

Sakura giggled, Isabella smirked, and Hinata made a small smile.

Hiro smiled and said "Go home and sit in the Time room. Meditate and feel the Chakra in the air..." he paused and wrote something down on a scroll before giving it to Hinata saying "You go too." the three nodded and left, talking about the scroll.

Hiro leaned back and mumbled something before appearing above the city. He looked at the city below and mumbled "5... No, it should be 6... No... Let's go with 7."

He reached out a clenched his fist.

Tons of Vibranium appeared in the air and Hiro closed his eyes forming them into detailed pillars that loosely resembled totem poles. There were drawings and writings on the poles, Hiro basically wrote whatever on them. He made different animals on each pillar tip and the writing was actually about the animal.

All the animals were looking up to the sky and Hiro manipulated the pillars, stabbing down into the village in a Hexagon pattern with a pillar in the middle. The pillars stabbed down in designated areas and the buildings shifted slightly to accommodate them.

Hiro looked down, the pillars were in a medium sized circle but the outskirts were unprotected. He had a plan for this too. He made more pillars and lined them along the wall of Konoha, evenly spaces with more animals, this time looking down with glowing red eyes.

Hiro mumbled to himself and whipped his arm out, sending little statues to the Hokage Mountain, blending into the rocks and dirt.

He returned to the office, left a shadow clone there and went back to sleep in his house. Zerotwo came back and flopped on top of him, falling sleep. Yami and Eri climbed up and fell asleep there as well.

A week and a bit later

The girls all got Sage Mode!

A lot of yada yada and blah blah blah went into that!

Hiro was satisfied and happy with their progress.

They were good girls.

Anyway!

Hiro went outside and suddenly his notifications device went off. He looked at it and a screen appeared, showing Pain 1 there before the rest and Konan showed up. Hiro tapped the screen and swiped before talking "Itachi. I sent you the location, move now."

Itachi didn't answer but Hiro heard an explosion from outside. Sakura, Hinata, Isabella, Zerotwo, and the rest looked at the smoke and Hiro smiled "No need to worry. I got this. Everything is under control."

Everybody else was freaking out.

Hiro was calm and collected and said "Send Kosuke to Naruto and tell him to come back." as he flickered away, Zerotwo sighed and said "This guy... Always wants to see action." Isabella giggled "It's more fun that way, Mama!" as he followed Hiro, Sakura and Hinata followed after her and Zerotwo sighed "Yare Yare." before walking back into the house.

Hiro perched on a pillar animal and looked down at the fight, Jiraya, Itachi, Kakashi, and the other Uchihas were fighting the 6 Pains and Konan, who slipped into the forest and escaped.

The Pains were overwhelmed and the main one flew into the air, hovering over Konoha and made a last resort move to destroy the village. Hiro stopped the group and said "Wait a minute, let him attack."

Jiraya said "Are you crazy?!" Hiro chuckled and said "Just a bit. What do you think those pillars are for? Decoration? I did my research." they flashed to the wall and Pain used Shinra Tensei on the entire village.

Jiraya and the rest of the group's eyes widened as the pushing force fell on the city.

The pillars started buzzing one after the other and the Vibranium sucked in the Shinra Tensei, nullifying Pain's attack. Hiro laughed and said "It works!" Jiraya smacked him saying "YOU WEREN'T SURE?!" Hiro chuckled and said "It was a 50/50."

Kakashi shook his head and Jiraya said "You irresponsible!" Hiro patted his back and said "Hey, at least I didn't go fight 7 people and almost die." Jiraya choked back his words and muttered "Bastard..." Hiro just chuckled.

Pain was completely stunned and the other Pains fell over, not functioning anymore. He couldn't understand what just happened. How did his Shinra Tensei not work?

Suddenly, a giant frog appeared with Naruto on his back.

Hiro waved and made Jiraya and the rest invisible as Naruto attacked Pain, who started fleeing the village. Hiro uncloaked the group and said "Go into the Village and reintroduce the Uchiha Police force. Jiraya, go reveal yourself in the village, Kakashi... Go read or something."

Kakashi already had a book in his hand and flickered away. Itachi and the rest of the Uchihas went to re-establish themselves, while Jiraya appeared in the village, setting up a book signing with his new book.

Hiro chuckled and said "No pain today! Hehe~" Isabella spat out her tongue and said "Cringe~" Hiro ruffled her hair and said "What do you know about you dad's excellence? These cringey lines got your mother, you think it was all my looks?" he clicked his tongue and added "The cringe was the final nail in her heart."

Isabella rolled her eyes and her trio flashed away, going to have fun somewhere far away from Hiro.

Hiro flashed to where Naruto was and watched him use the Talk no jutsu on Nagato. Nagato was convinced because the Talk no jutsu was a crit and never fails and entrusted Naruto with his will to make the World a better place before dying.

Hiro pulled his shadow and a bit of his hair before flashing back to Konoha. Waiting for Naruto to get back.

A while later

Naruto finally returned and saw all the changes along with the Uchihas and Jiraya. He cried and hugged Jiraya before running to Hiro and yelling about tricking him. Hiro said that it was to lure Pain in and nobody else knew.

Naruto's anger was soothed and he hugged Hiro, hearing from Jiraya that if it wasn't for Hiro, he would've died for sure. Hiro hugged Naruto and patted his head saying "Want to go eat some Ramen at Teuchi's?" Naruto lit up and nodded excitedly.

Hiro smiled and ruffled his hair saying "Then let's go. We even have a guest!" as he pulled Hinata out from hiding. She blushed and whispered "Um.. Hello, Naruto..." Naruto smiled widely saying "Hinata!"

Hiro chuckled and brought them to Teuchi's, pushing Hinata lightly and telling her to have confidence. She drew the kanji for 'Courage' on her hand, making Hiro blink and think of the little blue haired girl from Shokugeki.

Hinata turned around and clenched her fists before closing her eyes and shouting in Naruto's face "I LOVE YOU, NARUTO!" Hiro and Naruto were stunned. Hiro didn't expect her to scream in Naruto's face and Naruto was overwhelmed with emotion at the words.

Hiro just ate his ramen and watched them, scooting a few seats away, while Teuchi laughed and said "Seconds are free tonight!" Hiro cheered and ordered seconds, but Naruto just stared at Hinata in a daze, not even free Ramen could shake him.

Hinata started tearing up and Naruto blinked before blushing and saying "I.. Umm.. Don't cry. I didn't know you felt that way, Hinata." as he scratched the back of his head, Hiro ate the ramen, staring at the duo, while Sakura and Isabella peeked their heads in from the outside.

Hinata said quietly "Do you... Umm... do you feel the same?" Naruto was at a loss for words and everybody except Hinata shouted "SAY YES, CLOWN/IDIOT/NEKO BOY!" Naruto looked around and saw everyone looking at him, he said "Hey! We're having a private conversation, okay!?"

They all rolled their eyes and continued looking at him and Hinata, who was so embarrassed, she looked like she was about to literally explode. Naruto looked at Hinata and blushed deeply before nodding softly "En." Hinata was so happy she fainted and fell over.

Naruto caught her and said "Dad, help!" Hiro and the rest just laughed happily.
