"Do you want me to help you get stronger?" She was weak. Even though she thought she was immortal, I could still kill her. Her power level should be around high D rank, At most I can help her get to peak C. You have to break the barriers naturally and on your own after that to get maximum benefits.

"I won't take you in as a student, as I can't pass on the martial arts I know to you without permission from my Master but I can still train you."

"What are you gaining from helping me? Please forgive me for my impertinence, but I can't comprehend why you might be helping me."

'She's really formal.'

'I'll ignore that remark for now as I have to answer her question.'

I looked into her eyes and sighed, "I think I might be in love with you. Rather than waiting for the right time and suppressing my feelings, It's best I just say what I want to say without overthinking. I won't ask for your answer right now nor will I force you to do anything, I'll just wait for your answer and do my best to make you fall in love with me."

"Yes, you can interpret it like that." She nodded her head with a small smile on her face. Damn! she looks too good!!

"Then we shall meet again here tomorrow Lady Scáthach. Sorry for not being able to spend more time with you today as I have something I need to do. Let me make it up to you by preparing a fine dinner for both of us tomorrow."

"I shall accept you on that offer Sir Mori." I got down on a knee and kissed the back of her hand, and left towards the forest as I waved my hand at her.

In the Forest

Sometime later

I sat on a tree branch as I leaned back using the truck as support.

Phew. I felt like I would have a heart attack right then and there! We just need to make her fall in love Jin!

I woke Lola up and played with her for a while before giving her some water from the fountain. Also, I took the Jade chambers out and placed it in the training space as I made preparations for the dinner tomorrow. After cooking for my master's for 50 years, I'm a GOAT in cooking now! I mean I do use my senses for making it as perfect as possible, but can you blame me? The look on a person's face after they eat good food is something I like watching. I should go visit the Shokugeki world sometime. Yup, I can get Soma cooking for my MACC.

For those of you thinking our MC proposed earlier than he should, Scáthach is a woman who has lived for a long time, she doesn't really express her feeling and likes strong and courageous men, and what can be more courageous than proposing to someone on the first meet? I mean it's quite idiotic too but meh it's fiction...Also writing a romance that makes sense is hard!
