Chapter 43: Anger

The inheritance ceremony is in a week and Tsuna and the others have arrived. Fate was really excited to see her dad but I gave her the game plan. We won't meet up with them until the party. I told Timoteo of this and he laughed at it and shaked his head saying something about typical Alex. Amway I'm about to arrive at Timoteos office because he called me for some reason.

I walk in and immediately close the door.

'What the fuck' I though bewildered,'Please tell me that was an illusion'

"Alex come in" Timoteo said sounding amused

I gulped and slowly opened the door. Sitting on a chair is an adult Reborn smirking with a leg over the other.

"Reborn, haha. Your big" I laughed nervously and was sweating

"Alex" Reborn smirked

Timoteo was watching our interaction with amusement

"Now Alex, you don't have to be so tense." He chuckled a little before looking sad, "I was just telling him about Rose"

I looked at him and sat down on another chair and stared at Reborn emotionless

"Why" I simply said

"Because he's one of my top subordinates. I tell him everything" He said sounding a little sorry

I nod my head at that

'I understand. Reborn knows anything anyway. He would have found out eventually' I thought sighing

"Whatever" I put my chin in my hand and leaned against the chair

I look Reborn up and down

"You grew up nicely" I smirked

"I was always this good looking" He said narcisstically

I gave him a deadpan stare and turn towards Timoteo

"Was he always this annoying before the curse" I asked

"Even though he still was when he was a munchkin" I mumbled but they heard me because Reborn stared at me with 'Your gonna be hit with a hammer' Look and Timoteo laughed

"You've become a celebrity in the mafia" He smirked knowingly

"*pits* Oldy you weren't supposed to tell anyone" I looked at him teary eyed

"Oh no, I didn't tell him. He just put the pieces together"

"Of course he did"I grumbled

Reborn heard me and smirked

'Stupid hitman' I thought annoyed

"I heard you have a child" Reborn started

I rolled my eyes

"I talked with Murkuro, apparently you guys went ten years later in the future. So stop beating around the bush" I demanded

"Mukuro's the father right" He stated

"Yes" I nod my head

"Are you going to tell him"

"I already told Oldy. Im surprising him at the party"

'I feel like I had to repeat myself 50 times' I thought pissed

"Same old" Reborn said surprisingly happy

"Whatever, I have to go take care of Fate" I got up and left

When I got home I told Fate to watch out for a tall handsome man who has a chameleon. When I said that she understood me right away and didn't comment. That's my girl. Anyway we needed dresses for the ball so I took Fate to the mall. We spent an hour there looking for dresses, shoes, and accessories.

*groan*

'I hate shopping" I thought tiredly making our way around the mall

I stop walking and look behind me and see that Fate is gone. I close my eyes and try to sense any fast movements.

*snap*

I whip my head to the right and see a man dragging my little girl by the hand trying to take her away. Fate is struggling and tries to fight him off, but she isn't that strong yet and he isn't taking her hits. I slowly make my way towards them to not show him that I found out. I'm going to take this extremely seriously. I'm not losing another loved one because of my carelessness.

"Come on" he gruffly says pulling her out of the mall but Fate grabs onto the door and holds on tightly

" Let go" He yelled at her and kicks her in the stomach

Fate bites her lip to stop the cry of pain. My blood is boiling.

"No one touches my child!!!" I seeth at him

I don't care about the civilians seeing this. I run up to him and grab the wrist that is holding my precious darling.

I yank it off her and twist it behind his back. I kicked the back of his knee and he dropped to his knees.

"What the fuck do you think you were doing" I pulled harder on his arm

"Arg,stop stop. Im sorry" He said hurriedly

"Hey isn't he the pedophile who ran away from the police" A random person in the crowd said

My mind stopped for a second. What would he have done to her?

*Snap*

"AHHHHH!" He screamed loudly

"What were you going to do to her" I said dangerously leaking KI

Everyone around shivered and backed away. The disgusting human being started to sweat profusely

"I wasn't going to do anything" He pathetically said

I couldn't handle seeing him anymore or I would have killed him right here and now. I chopped the back of his neck and he passed out.

I walked up to Fate to see her a little scared, but when she saw me deal with it she smiled thankful

"Thanks mom. I knew you would help" She hugged me tightly

I nod to her and picked her up I glance at the crowd

"Someone call the cops and get this pig in jail" I said to them and they all nodding quickly and called them

I was walking home with Fate in my arms and I didn't say a word. I am extremely pissed and need to hurt someone and I know just what to do.

We made it home and I put Fate to bed and went to Vongola base disguised as Cielo and took a mission.

"Run- Arg" The man shouted before coughing out blood and falling to the ground dead

*sigh*

"So much better"I said standing in the middle of a bloody scene

20 people lay dead in a complete mess. Some of them don't even have certain limbs and the others have multiple slash wounds. There is no clean death.

'That was a great stress reliever' I thought, cleaning my sword off and jumping onto a building.
