Yu Jung-ak was the type of person who, once he started something, would practice until he perfected it. These days, Yu Jung-ak woke up a little earlier in the morning to use the treadmill and exercise bike. He originally liked running on the streets at dawn, but as fine dust levels were getting worse, he preferred exercising at home.
Waking up an hour earlier than usual, he would drink vegetable juice made with a juicer and slowly stretch. Then an hour on the treadmill, followed by jump rope, and light bodyweight exercises. Recently, Yu Jung-ak had reduced the intensity of his muscle training. His body size was different from when he was 20. It had grown slightly larger, making it harder to maintain his physique.
Yu Jung-ak made a few fried eggs, drank vegetable juice, and started his day with fruits and jujube nuts. It felt more like intake than a meal - eating a lot but not necessarily delicious.
