97. Sensei's Getting Married !?

Itsuki intertwined his fingers with Pakura's as he leaned to press his lips against hers. He felt Pakura tighten her hold over his neck as she pressed herself into his body as if she wanted to meld herself into him.

Both of them ignored the bloodied battlefield as they made out with each other...

Pakura was panting a little bit as she leaned into Itsuki's chest with a flushed face. Her lips were a little swollen due to Itsuki being a little wild. 

" You have to take responsibility for me! " Pakura suddenly said to Itsuki while glaring at him with a flushed face. 

" I will, don't worry. From now on you are part of the Senju clan. But-" Itsuki said seriously as he gazed at Pakura but he still wanted her to know he had other women in his life but before he could say anything Pakura placed her hand over his mouth and gazed at him gently. 

" You don't need to explain, and as embarrassing and ridiculous as it sounds... the only remaining meaningful thing in my life is you " Pakura said with a sad but sweet smile. 

" But I don't mind, as long as I can be with you I don't care about other things " In the end Pakura's smile was a bit more dazzling. 

" I ..." Itsuki was a bit stunned by her sincere confession. 

He wasn't blushing! No! Not in the slightest. 

He was an iron man whose heart was made of steel! .....

Itsuki was leaning against a tree while Pakura was lying in his embrace. She had her back against his chest as she snuggled up against him with his arms around her.

She felt at peace, what Sunagakure, what duty to the village, what Mak-..., wait ... Maki was important. But Maki should be safe right, so it wouldn't be that bad if her sensei spent some time with her future husband right?

Maki was already at the Senju compound, so she didn't have anything to worry about anything.

Thus she can enjoy this moment completely without any distracting thoughts...

Itsuki was still a bit rattled by Pakura's confession. To be honest he really liked Pakura but his feelings were no where close to how much she liked him.

He couldn't help but wonder why Pakura was like this .... but on second thought why bother feelings are irrational what was important was this was his woman and he would do whatever it took to protect her from now on.

She should be able to get along with Kushina and the others right? Although it's a headache to deal with the jealousy of multiple wives it's something he has to accept since he was selfish enough to have them.

Actually, he didn't feel their jealousy was troublesome or bothersome as them being jealous proved their passion. He may have his favourites in his heart, but he will never treat one better than another. 

He can't love them all equally in his heart but he can treat them all equally without preferring one over the other. Because he loves each of his wives deeply and now that Pakura was his wife he wanted her to get along with the rest of the family without any problems.....

One thing that worried him was the butterfly effect. Right now with Pakura's issue, it was not supposed to happen so soon. He actually shelved her issue to the back of his mind, the previous month as he had no reason to visit Suna and he was a bit busy planning the recruitment(Kidnapping) of the other Tailed Beasts

And since he didn't have to visit Gaara anymore he didn't have anything left in Sunagakure to do except for Pakura, thus he didn't visit it. He thought Pakura hated him for bullying her or at least disliked him but he didn't think she would like him so much. 

He couldn't help but find her a bit weird, but... who cares! Even if she is weird she is his weird girl.

He couldn't help but feel thankful that he decided to check on her today and when he heard of the news of the treaty he immediately had a bad feeling. Luckily he could teleport and he immediately found Pakura who was in mortal danger. 

And the person responsible for this was not only Rasa but the whole Sunagakure higher-ups. He won't kill them but he will have them watch as their village slowly erodes becoming weaker and weaker as they no longer have the strength to be called a Great Shinobi Village....

Itsuki couldn't help but be a bit scared to think what would have happened if he decided to ignore his intuition today, then what he would be holding in his arms would be a cold corpse.

He unknowingly tightened his hold on Pakura as he wanted to feel her warmth to remind himself that she was still alive and that the future wouldn't happen. He gave a soft kiss on the top of her head as Pakura hummed in comfort.

But this incident gave him a wake-up call, he could no longer rely on the so-called 'plot' for anything, and he could at most take it as a reference. To think he had been careful enough to not rely on the so-called future events but still made a mistake.

What if Kaguya or the Otsotsuki's came earlier?

Well if Kaguya came out earlier it wouldn't be that bad as he could *Cough* strengthen the Senju clan. 

Please belive him he was only a poor patriarch who was doing what was best for his clan!
