Isolated

It's been about a week since transferring and everything has been smooth sailing so far, well except for that little spat... I'm being isolated by everyone.

She's not a child so there's no reason for her to care.

However, it's interesting hearing the gossip that runs around the school, especially when it's goes from one end of the girls to the boys school.

Full circle.

So in China there's the rich of the rich and then there's the dirt poor and obviously the King is the leader of the rich, the Wang family.

Which according to a conversation she overheard in the library, the Wang family has basically been around since the Tang Dynasty. As respective soldiers for the king, a noble family from ancient times so they can be classified as old money.

Like they're loaded, apparently they're one of the major shareholders in the school. Maybe she should have paid attention, although she was living in America for a time and it's not like she's particularly used to a rich lifestyle.

It's not like she really cares, although she should learn to be more demure.

Although it's embarrassing and being not in the mood to appreciate the bees and the butterflies... the face is quite profound.

If we use Chang Mo's phrase 'the four beauties of the imperial capital,' you'll know that individually his friends are all rich, white and beaut- well handsome.

So handsome that it's surprising she hasn't gotten deaf yet: with all of that high pitched shrieking, fainting and nose bleeds.

She's had no choice but to start wearing ear buds, too much mental stimulation and she will go insane.

It seems that she still has anger management issues, even in rebirth.

No choice but to avoid them like the plague, though it doesn't help that her class is opposite 2A.

Though her mental capacity prevents her from taking her anger out on others indiscriminately, however when provoked she can be incredibly hostile.

I suppose she still hasn't gotten used to the rebirth situation.

As the bell rang for the end of class, she rubbed her eyelids wearily placing her textbooks back into her leather backpack and waited to be dismissed by the teacher.

Staying near the windows as the teacher and students filed out of the classroom, Zhu Hua cringed noticing the onslaught of screams.

That was one of the things that made her feel uncomfortable, when they appeared it's either pin drop silence or high pitched cries. She just can't get used to it.

Sneaking back, she pulled back the latch and looked down at the leaving students with determination.

Putting away her glasses and holding a medical mask in her hand, just when the door slammed open and Zhou Wei was going to ask her something. He with a small audience of people at the door of their classroom watched as she jumped down from the second floor on to the ground with ease.

"Zhi Ruo what the hell?!"

"Is he ignoring us?" Chen Wei asked with a hand on his chin as he really wanted to talk to her about her game operations. Also whether she really did get that dragon spirit beast pet.

"What do you want?" Turning around with irritation.

"Tian Tian does A Ruo sit next to you... poor guy!" Chang Mo said with a lollipop in his mouth.

Ignoring him he kicked his chair when a cold voice came from the door.

"What are you doing?"

"Bo... Chen Wei wanted to invite him to play games."

"Just him?" He sneered, looking at the messy papers left behind on his desk. "He can dream."

Emanating a cold chill as the wind ruffled his opened shirt, revealing the subtle Ralph Lauren logo on the T-shirt inside.

With a sneer he picked up the abandoned sheets and looked at the well drawn, anatomical drawing of the spinal cord. Under which she scribbled 'my back hurts' messily.

"What are you looking at?" Chang Mo approached, picking up the abandoned maths paper with a score of 40/100.

"Isn't this the answer sheet?" Looking between the wrinkled sheet of paper and the sloppy answers written down.

Taking the papers away from him Zhou Wei looked at them before clicking his tongue and leaving.

"Why do you hate him so much anyway?"

"I don't." Scrunching up his sword eyebrows as he rubbed his his neck with frustration, "Let's just go."

His black eyes betrayed him as he remembered an incident when he was a kid. His grandfather almost got killed in a car accident as a result of trusting Liu Zhenbai, who sold him off to his political enemies.

Taking advantage of the situation he ended up using his father-in-laws connections to step to the top and ended up making a tonne of money. Unfortunately, for his comrades sake he didn't get revenge, despite he and his wife getting kicked out and disowned.

'I just don't like being taken advantage of.'

Bo Huai rested his head against the schools hospital bed, ignoring the doctor who inserted a nutrient solution drip into his bloodstream.

Locks of black hair swayed with the air conditioning, his thick eyelashes trembling as he found himself drifting off to sleep.

There was something that was constantly on his mind as he went day in and day out of his monotonous life, something that he found solitude in knowing his circumstances.

He was Wang Wei Guos eldest son a subject of IVF.

Someone who was so against marriage and having children that soon after the death of his father, he brought in his mistress and his son who was only a year younger than him.

His grandmother disgusted with them focused all of her attention on raising him as the next heir, despite 'fathers' disapproval.

'Hypocrites.' Resting on his side as he lazily opened his sultry eyes that glowed a dark blue, like the depths of an icy sea.

Messy blonde hair with a bleeding lip, pinching his chin evilly a bruise on his bloody face. Seemingly weak and unassuming, sparkling eyes with a murderous air stared down at him with anticipation.

"He's hiding something." A frown wedged in between his sword brows.

He despised him but he couldn't refute his curiosity.

"Xiao Ye", a man clad in a black suit saluted him respectfully.

"Investigate him." He spoke hoarsely, thinking of him a threat conjured up by his cheap step-mother whose anxious to kill him before he turns eighteen.

"Yes master."
