(Pov General.)

"Ah wait! I almost forgot!" Kira exclaimed, he sheathed Kiru, and started focusing cursed energy into his palm.

He walked over to the unconscious Izuku, and put his hand on his chest. He looked around and noticed that the pro heroes were glaring daggers at him while getting into a fighting position, he stared at them for a bit, but decided he would humor them.

He shoved his hand into Izuku's chest while stuffing as much cursed energy towards his organs, before he could pull his hand away he was sent flying by a punch from All Might.

"How dare you try to kill him in front of me!" All might exclaimed through panted breaths, the other heroes nodded in agreement and got ready for more fighting.

"He should be down for now. He probably died, I didn't exactly hold back during that punch.." All Might commented. The other heroes and students went wide eyed at what he said.

'How can he be so nonchalant about killing on live television!'

Hawks walked up to the group with Gran Torino under his arm, and looked at the hole that held a broken Mirko, he then scanned the area and saw the dead body of Edgeshot, he put his head down, and continued to scan the area, and he noticed that there was a student lying on the ground with a stab mark right where his heart should be.

'Why would he kill a student? He wasn't capable of fighting against him, so why would he kill him?'

He joined the conversation with the pro heroes and asked.

"What's going to happen now? We may have stopped the villain but almost half of the top 10 heroes in Japan are crippled, one died, and a student died as well. It wouldn't help us at all if the public complains about this event."

Hawk watched as all the Heroes went into a contemplated look, but then he noticed All Might walking towards the boy known as Izuku Midoriya.

"Take Mezo Shoji, and Izuku Midoriya to the hospital. After that we will bring in and lock up Kira, then head to Hero Public Safety Commission." All Might said with a deep frown and a long and tired sigh. His arm was still bleeding but not as much as it was before. It's just dripping blood for now, but if he doesn't get it checked he will die of blood loss.

"All Might, you need to get your arm healed! You can't possibly be thinking that we are going to let you continue your work today with your injured arm!" Ryukyu exclaimed, All Might looked at her, then to Mirko, then at Gran Torino.

"If I don't, villains will most likely come out of hiding now that Kira has showed that the TT(TopTEN) Heroes can't even defeat one person without injury.. He even crippled Mirko and Gran Torino isn't doing any better!" All Might exclaimed, he was about to start talking again but the rubbled where Kira landed started shifting.

"No way.. He couldn't still be up after that could he?!" Kaminari questioned.

"Everyone! Get ready to retreat! We will hold him off for as long as we can!" Best Jeanist ordered, he used his quirk and manipulated the threading of his clothing to attack Kira, but when they reached, intense killing intent permeated through the area.

The students passed out, and the Heroes started drenching their clothes in sweat.

"I really need to get that power already.. Getting flung around by a punch doesn't do me any good..

You guys are really something huh? Even after I healed your little worthless protegee you attacked me, and you did so with the intent to kill. So tell me, should I kill you all now and be done with it? Or will you take me crippling your friends as your warning to stop messing with me!" Kira stated while cracking his neck, he opened his eyes and glared at the group of heroes.

"N-no y-you should leave!" Endeavor exclaimed.

"Good, I was going to anyways. But since your nice enough to give some realization, I'll do the same." Kira started walking over to the unconscious Momo, he generated a small red ball of cursed energy and put it in her mouth. He then did the same with Izuku.

"What did you feed them?!" Kamui woods asked, Kira just looked at him and smiled.

"It's just a gift for them! It'll actually change their lives for the better. Now no more questions, I gotta go. Cya~" Kira said with a playful tone, he then disappeared in a swirl, using kamui.

"What did he mean by that?" Asked Gang Orca, he turned towards the 2 students who were fed the weird ball of energy and noticed that Momo was smiling a bit, while Izuku had a distressed expression.

"Whatever he did doesn't matter right now. We need to hurry up and get the students to the hospital for check ups." Best Jeanist said, while combing his hair.

After the students were all in ambulances, All Might suddenly collapsed and went into his small might form.

(Meanwhile at Undisclosed Hero Public Safety Commission building)

A man with a long nose and ugly ass face was chuckling under his breath, but the woman next to him noticed.

"What's wrong?" She asked, though she really didn't want to know what the man was thinking after watching the fight between the Top Ten Heroes and the mysterious handsome teenage boy.

"Ah nothing to worry about Ms, Nagant. Just some random Ideas that might work." The man said while smiling, Lady Nagant looked at the man with indifference and felt that it would be a good time to get a new job.

(Tee Hee, :) I also didn't know where she worked before she got dropped, so I just made it this company since it mixes well with my plans.)

(Pov Kira)

After I used kamui to escape, I appeared in front of the arcade that the group Izuku went to.

"Well I guess this place is better than nothing.." I muttered and looked around, I noticed that everyone was distracted by their phones, and almost no one noticed that I appeared here out of nowhere.

Well there were a couple of people who noticed me, but they just blushed and started walking faster, there were also men but they just scrunched their eyebrows and scoffed... What a bunch weirdo's.

'Well anyway, now that I'm free let's start by finding a place to stay.. I probably won't be able to stay at a hotel, seeing how I bullied the Top Ten Heroes and even killed one. Ah whatever I'll think about it when the time comes.'

I vanished from my spot and appeared on a building 5 streets away from where I warped..

'Holy shit! Why am I so fast but my physical damage is shit! I know Sukuna was fast, but I didn't think he was that fast.. Well I'm faster but that's not the point.' I shook my head and dashed off once again into the distance, heading to Hosu City.

(Hero Public Safety Commission Main Office Building.)

At a round table sat 19 people with 20 chairs. On 10 of the chairs were the Top Ten Heroes of Japan, while on the others, sat Katsuki Bakugo, Izuku Midoriya, and Momo Yaoyorozu. Another 7 chairs were occupied by top members of the Hero Public Safety Commission company. The last one was empty in memorial for Edgeshot.

"So, you mean to tell us that all 10 of you, all fought the same villain, and lost..." Said a woman with black hair, purple eyes, and a stern and serious expression.

"Yes Ms, Violet. What we told you was the truth, we got these wounds from him as well.. We were lucky that only o-two people died, and the rest of us got a beating." Hawks said, the other heroes in the room looked at Hawks with their mouths open in the shape of 'O', they had their eyebrows raised as well.

"Do you really mean that Keigo!? People have died, and a family have lost their child and that's all you have to say!?" Yu Takeyama exclaimed.

Violet watched the discussion between the two with little to no interest, so she interrupted.

"Stop talking. We are here to discuss this new threat to our society, we have no Idea where he came from and we have no Idea about his powers, all we know is that he can summon a katana that seems to be able to cut through anything, and that weird energy he can generate. If any of you have any information on him, then please do tell." Violet said with squinted eyes.

"Ah, yes sorry about my behavior!" Yu Takeyama apologized.

"Yeah Yeah whatever, all we know is that he can summon that katana and cut things with a swipe of his fingers, also there's those weird eyes of his. Gran Torino said he was put inside this painful illusion that looked really really realistic, and in said illusion, he had to watch his loved one's die over and over again while he couldn't do anything about it. He stated that Kira's pupils spun, while he looked directly into them, and then he was caught." Kamui explained.

"There was also that weird black flames that wouldn't go away until Mia, a student girl with the quirk of Pyrokinesis, put it out. It was a miracle that she was able to because the flames themselves were hotter then any flame i've come into contact with, that includes Endeavors." Hawks explained.

When Endeavor heard how hot the black flames were he just grunted and looked away.

"He was extremely fast as well.. I mean faster then any quirk that's currently known for speed. Our eyes couldn't even follow his movements, and that's how he snuck up on the student named Shoji and ran his blade through his chest... That got me thinking though. Why kill a harmless student? I found out that Shoji's grown organs are just as strong or if not stronger then a naturally grown organ, Kira probably killed our only chance at being able to know his location when he's sneaking around." Gang Orca explained.

While listening to these explanations of Kira's powers, she couldn't help but frown.

'Multiple quirks? But how? Unless...' Violets eye's suddenly widened before they went back to normal just as fast as they opened.

Toshinori however, noticed this.

"Ms. Violet? What's wrong? Did you realize something?" Everyone at the table looked at her before she sighed in resignation and explained.

"This might have something to do with All For One..."
