MHA: The Red Hood

"So, I died. I'm going to get reincarnated, in a world I know, but you won't tell me which one. I have three wishes to go with and as this is the standard procedure for reincarnation, there won't be any take back. Did I get everything?" A young man in his mid twenties asked the, black galaxy like being in front of him.

"Yes. And if you would just hurry up and move on, I can attend the next one." The being told the young man.

The young man nodded his head and thought for sometime and asked "Do I get to keep my memories?"

"Only if you wish for it." The being said.

The young man frowned at that and thought for a few moments, with his head titled downwards.

"Okay, before I start wishing, is the world I'm going to be reincarnated a modern one?" The young man asked.

"Yes. I sent ancient souls to ancient worlds, medieval souls to medieval worlds and modern souls to modern world. Happy?" The galaxy like being asked.

Looking up, he said "Yes, that makes it easier for me to decide my wishes. Alright, I have decided. For my first wish, I want my previous lives memories to be locked away and it's only accessible by me. My second wish is to have Kamui like ability, but connected to personal dimension that I have total control. And my third wish is to have all the abilities of a Galvanic Mechamorph."

"Is that all?" The being asked.

"Yes." The young man said, with a nod of his head.

"That's doable. You will hay your memories unlocked at the age of five, until then your body will be autopilot. You will get Kamui like ability which will have it's limitations and since it's not an eye technique, your eyes won't deterioration and you will be the God of your personal dimension. And finally, you will have all the abilities of a Galvanic Mechamorph."

"Thanks." The grey orb said.

"Alright. Now, let's see which world you will be going to." Looking through the file, that somehow appeared in the being's hand, it said "Looks like you will be living your next life in the world of quirks. Lucky for you, the wishes you made here and power given to you by the world won't be same. So, now you have a chance to get another superpower."

"Joy." The young man said with mock enthusiasm "Will I know what my quirk is?"

The being snorted and said "When your memories unlock, you will be out of autopilot. At the same moment, your quirk will be unlocked, and you will know everything there is to know about your quirk instantly and total control over it, think off it as a gift from me."

"Thanks, that helps things." The young man said with a smile.

"Right then. Off you go." The being said as he swiped the young man to the right side.

"Wait! What's your naaaaaaammmmmmmmeeeeeeee?" The young man asked as he flew away from the being he was talking to.

Looking in the direction that the young man went, mumbled "Mountain Dew."

Turning towards the grey orb that appeared after the young man departed, the galaxy like being said "Hello, I'm God of Reincarnation. You are dead."

"What? How?"

"We will come to the details later. Now, my job is to reincarnate you in a new world with three wishes."

A snow white haired boy suddenly opened his eyes and looked around. The first thing he noticed were the bunk beds, and seeing that he mumbled under hi breath "Orphanage or dormitory. Since I'm only five years old, then this is not a dormitory."

Right then, a jolt of pain passed through his head and he blinked a couple of times after wincing a bit.

"Bloody hell!" The young boy whispered in astonishment and thought to himself 'An Emitter type quirk which allows me to trace and analyze a person's biological traits and past physical/quirk history through touch. Once I have complete understanding, I can permanently enhance one physical or quirk-based trait to its maximum natural human potential per person. I can enhance my own traits, but only once per year, and only after deep biological comprehension.'

His mouth was agape as he thought about the Quirk he have manifested. Pinching his hand, he muttered to himself "It's not a dream."

Right then, another pain shot through his head, this time more severe than the one he had before. Holding his jaws tightly, so that he wouldn't scream out and wake up his roommates.

A few moments later, he breathed a sigh of relief and said to himself in his mind 'To think this is my third life. And to think that I was Daredevil in my first life? And wished for a peaceful life for the second life, which I lived on Earth, reading the stories of my first life world.'

He shook his head and said to himself in low voice "I'm not Matt Murdock the Daredevil not am I Edward Anderson the Game Developer. I'm Shiranami Kaito, a five year old orphan boy who just unlocked his quirk."

Breathing out to calm himself, he started to do the breathing exercises that he had done in his first life.

While he was sitting on his bunk bed and doing his breathing exercises, the other kids in the room woke up slowly and started to stretch their limbs. Two kids, older that Kaito by two years, saw Kaito just sitting on his bed, eyes closed and breathing in a pattern.

They looked at each other and shrugged helplessly, and one of them said "Think he's meditating to unlock his quirk?"

The other one scratched his head and asked in low voice "You can get your quirk after the age of four?"

Shrugging, the first one replied "I don't know. But, the warden had told us that there are late bloomers too. Kaito might be on of them."

"Yeah." The second boy observed Kaito for some time. Then loosing his interest, as nothing happened after a few moments, he mumbled under his breath "Whatever."

Jumping down from his bed, the boy left the room, leaving Kaito alone the shared room. He went straight to the bathroom to do his morning routine.

Back in the shared room, Kaito opened his eyes and his blue eyes glowed for a moment. Then without any warning, a beam of blue light shot out from his eyes and struck the opposite wall, drilling two holes through it and struck the tree outside the building.

He slowly closed his eyes, and the beam of blue light dimmed considerably to non existent.

Looking at the result of his optic laser, he mumbled to himself "I should show the warden, optic laser as my Quirk or technology related one as I will be using it frequently in the future. That will keep my original one under the radar. I only have to watch out for in depth analysis of my quirk or DNA."

Suddenly, the door swing open and middle aged man rushed in, followed by half a dozen of children of Kaito's age. The man looked at Kaito then at the wall where two holes were present and asked Kaito "Kaito, what happened?"

"I got my quirk!" Kaito jumped out of his bed with a huge smile and continued as he opened his eyes, showing the pair of blue orbs glowing "I can shoot lasers from my eyes!"
