CHAPTER 3:TRAINING ARC

TATSUYA POV

"Yeah, I will be there in 10 minutes," I said to Natsuo who now has arrived at the Musutafu Hospital along with Fuyumi.

Right now I am shirtless as I just finish my 15 km run wearing a weighted vest.

Taking a quick bath, I wear a white shirt with a red jacket and a black trouser as I look at myself in the mirror.

"Well, what do you know, I am now looking a lot like Albedo from Ben 10 series. Ironically I get his watch." I mutter as the dial popped up revealing a hologram of alien that I did not wish to use.

"Hmm. Should I just go for a flyer or a speedster? It is daytime and with how modern the current world right now, I may or may not get captured by some surveillance cameras or motion sensors that can detect my flight and running. So I need to go for something that is ghostlike that no one will be able to see me ." I rotate the dial and there it is, the hologram of a certain alien that I am slightly afraid of due to it may be like the Classic Ghostfreak where some soul of the alien is still alive in the transformation.

"I hope that this transformation does not have any problem, please." I plead as I smack down the dial down as red flash engulfs me.

My skin slowly becomes thinner revealing my bones as my body becomes a phantom as I now have only a single eye. Many black lines start from on my body as my body now has become like a ghost.

"Ghostfreak," I mutter in a raspy voice as my Omnitrix symbol now is on my chest as I take a look at my current body now.

"Hmm. Okay. Not the Omniverse style but the Classic one. My eyes are red which mean I am good to go." My body phased into the ground as I go toward the Musutafu hospital.

NATSUO POV

"Where is he?" I grumble seeing my younger brother, Tatsuya is not here even though he is supposed to be here a minute ago.

"You know how the traffic goes Natsuo. Besides, he did not have a car license as I do." Fuyumi-nee said to me.

"Harghh. Why we didn't just fetch him at his house?" I mutter.

"He is the one who said that he wanted to come here by himself. " She tells me.

"Geez. To think we once feared him due to his appearance. Turn out he is just a nice little brother that needs time to be nice to us." She added.

"Hmm. Just buy him chilli fries, cheeseburger or smoothie will make him be nice to us and make him the happiest man in the universe." I said making her snicker.

"Ah. I cannot believe him that the only thing he asks from us for his birthday is spending the whole day in WcD, a fast food restaurant that has all his favourite fold and drinks. Sometimes, I wonder if his stomach is a black hole that can devour endless chilli fires. Not to mention, his chilli fries has cheese and a lot of onion mixed in it." I said to her as we see Tatsuya who is wearing a red jacket with a white shirt beneath it and black jean.

And he is carrying 3 plastic bags from My Smoothie and WcD.

"Please do not tell me he just buys chilli fries, cheeseburger and his favourite smoothie again?" I ask Fuyumi.

"Hah. You know our little brother is addict to that drink." She replied as Tatsuya approaches are.

"Sorry, you will not believe the line I had to get these foods and smoothie," Tatsuya told us making me Fuyumi-nee sigh.

One thing that Tatsuya that I found funny is his obsession with fast foods despite him training like a madman, but his body still stays like that even though he munch many cheeseburgers for a whole day.

TATSUYA POV

Seeing my mum as a year already pass since the last time I sees her and she now has woken up. I can see she now is staring at me, as I am now slurping my smoothie.

What? I am thirsty you know.

"Tatsuya. Greet Mum and stop slurping that smoothie of yours." Natsuo-nii said to me as I stop slurping my smoothie.

" H-hi Mum. How are you?" I greet her as she stares at me.

"I-I am fine Tatsuya. Come here." She said to me as I approach her as she then hugs me as my shirt start to get wet.

"I am sorry Tatsuya for not treating you kindly. Forgive me." My mother apologised to me as I wrap my arm around her.

"It:s fine Mum. I already have forgiven you for a long time. The same goes for Natsuo-nii and Fuyumi-nee." I said to her as she keeps sobbing for about 30 minutes.

She let me go but she asks me to sit beside her.

"Tatsuya? Where do you live after he disowns you?" My mother asks me.

"In a house. A 2 storey house at Musutafu." I replied.

"How do you manage to live in that house?" She asks me.

Oh man, here comes the time for me to create some bullshit to her. As much as I did not want to lie to her, I had to.

Maybe, I can tell her the truth to her in the future.

"A kind man let me lives in that house. I-I help him catch a burglar." I tell her.

"Who is that man?" She asks me.

"Some Professor from oversea. I did not manage to catch his name as he is in hurry and just give me the key house toward his house." I told her.

"Did you have to pay for the house? Did you have any money to pay for it?" She asks me.

"Well, I " I had to bring out my smartphone and open a trading app that shows me what I got this month.

"I do trade with the money I saved up in my account bank. And, I manage to pay the bill of the house monthly so you did not have to worry about it, Mum." I said to her as she releases a sigh of relief.

"Thank goodness. If you need anything, just tell your older sibling okay?" She said to me.

"Alright, Mum," I replied.

Evening arrives as me and my family parted away as I am now running back toward my house which is very far but hey, I need to burn a lot of calories after eating fast foods and drink 2 cups of smoothie.

There are still years before I have to partake the UA entrance test.

So that is why tomorrow I am going to test my transformation in an abandoned arcade that I check no one hangs there which is the perfect place for me to test out the capability of my Omnitrix.

The next day arrived as I arrive at the arcade where I intend to fully test the capability of my own Omnitrix.

First, I need to see how many aliens did I get and the number of aliens I have in this watch.

Second, I need to check out how long can I stay in my alien form and how long it needs to be recharged.

After all, it is the weakness that I currently have since timed out in a crucial time may hurt me a lot. My smart enemy will take notice of this and they will drag the time for me to time out.

Third, I must see whether I can change to another alien by tapping the Omnitrix symbol and need to measure how much time will be subject of I changes to another alien.

All I know is I can turn back to human by tapping the Omnitrix symbol.

I hope none of my enemies can turn me back forcefully by tapping my Omnitrix.

Activating the Omnitrix, I did not choose any alien as I smack it down turning me into another alien.

My body now is covered in magma rocks as my hand with the face is on fire as many tracks can be seen on my body with a magam rock face like is on my head.

"Heatblast. Okay. Let's see how can I last." I mutter as the watch make a sound like the Classic Omnitrix does when it is about to time out as flashes of red engulf me turning me back to human.

"So 15 minutes huh." I look at the timer as I sigh now knowing how minutes I am going to recharge.

5 minutes later the watch lit red as when it is being recharged, it is in white.

I then start to rotate the dial and take notes of the alien I had now.

"Huh. All the classic first 10 aliens huh?Okay. Not so bad." I mutter as I turn into Heatblast back.

"Hope this work." I tap the Omnitrix as a red flash engulf my body turning me into XLR8.

Repeating the same gesture, I turn into Ghostfreak.

"Hmm. So I can tap the Omnitrix symbol to turn into another alien. That is assuring. But then again, I just change into another alien then another one, if I remember, the more power I use the alien, the more time will be reduced I think. I hope I have a Ben 10 wiki right now. Starting to miss it." I mutter as I repeated the same transformation.
