As they all rode together in the car, Sheryl removed the back cover of her phone, extracted her SIM card, snapped it in half, and tossed it out of the window.
A wave of shock washed over everyone present in the car.
"What was that?" Hamlyn asked, shocked by Sheryl's actions.
Sheryl's response was quick. "Do you want to see her again?" she asked firmly.
Hamlyn shook his head vigorously. "No, absolutely not! But there could have been important contacts on your SIM," he protested.
"Don't worry, I always write down all my important contacts in my diary.” Sheryl assures, adding “And why are you reacting like this? Are you actually interested in her number?"
Hamlyn shook his head again, saying "No, I don't need it, but-"
"Forget it, Hamlyn,” Ullmar interjected, before Hamlyn could finish, "Girls are all the same." he added.
"And what do you mean by that?" Yume asked, her eyes narrowed.
Ullmar hesitated momentarily before responding, "It's nothing."
