Solving The Puzzle!
"You've found the solution to it?!"
One of the two maids heard his exclamation and couldn't help but comment out loud. "Did you really?!"
Quinlan took a deep breath, calming his nerves, before nodding firmly.
"Yes, I did. Do you want me to explain it?"
"Please enlighten us." The maid asked.
"Then, first, let me explain about the complex symbols on the spear's shaft. Those mysterious dots, which look randomly placed, actually clue us how to solve this spear's test."
Quinlan took out the sword he received from Chen, the Frostmoon Edge—attracting the two maid's eyes—and started drawing four images of the spear on the ground. It was as accurate as it could be, showing how good his drawing skills were.
The front, left, back, and right faces of the spear all contained six clumped-together symbols each. Each symbol merely looked like a combination of dots and lines, seemingly random, but in truth, it had a deep meaning hidden within.
