"M-Max you c-can't be serious. Killing a mortal? That's taboo! Do you even realize what you're saying right now Pooh!" Thalia was shocked.

[ Aww...come on! Not fair! She's pulling out the Pooh card, and those puppy dog eyes!] Max was torn. On one side he reaaaly wanted to kill that Pig. But on the other hand Thalia was using his rarely used petname she had for him- Pooh.

Making up his mind Max said, " I'm sorry Zuzu, but I have to do this. I can't let that bastard live another day. He acts inhuman. He's a monster!" saying so he leapt to the roof of the adjacent building in a single jump and disappeared from their sight.

Thalia sighed,[ Must be really serious...but to kill a mortal... I don't know how I feel about this. He even used my petname]. Turning towards the twins she asked, " Who wants Pizza?"

The twins look at each other and shrug. They turn back to Thalia and ask together,

"What's Pizza?"

Max reached the roof oc Percy Jackson's apartment just to see the piece of crap get into his Camaro and leave. He followed him jumping from roof to roof, he felt like he was spiderman.

Gabe reached an alleyway and got out to meet a man in a purple hoodie with black shades on protected by to buys in black tank tops, clearly carrying guns in their pants' waistbands. Gabe was not his usual asshole-self and was sniveling towards the man in the purple hoodie.

"Hey T-bone...Look man, I'm need an extension, for a week. I'll get your money by then. I still need a couple a hundr-" Gabe did not get to finish his line when the hoodie guy punched him in the gut.

"Bluegghh" Gabe vomited before hitting the ground in his own pool of vomit. "AaRgh." Gabe groaned. The hoodie guy took a step back disgust on his and said, "You have two hours, you fat fuck. Or I'm taking that sweet ass ride you got. And I aint talkin' about your car.

This was Max's queue, he jumped down landing directly on the hoodie guy's thugs, knocking them. He proceeded to deliver a hay-maker to the astonished hoodie guy, smashing his temple almost making him brain dead. He was saved from that, when Max reigned in his strength to just knock him out.

Max grabbed Gabe's foot and dragged him tp the end of the alley stuffed him inside the Camaro's backseat and drove off.

Twenty minutes later, Gabe came to from his pain, not noticed a guy drag him and take him somewhere in his own car. "What the- Where the fuck you taking me shithead?! w-who are you? I can call the pol- HUCCCKK!!!"

Max punched him in the throat annoyed by his voice, stopping the car he said, "Get out." Gabe did as he was told, he dint want to get hurt again. Gabe got out and realized he was the roadside of a highway.

"Walk." Max growled not wanting to repeat himself. Gabe for no reason, got his shaking hands up and started walking towards the direction Max pointed. He stopped near a clump of trees and made Gabe turn around.

He opened the packet Max gave him, it was a bunch of pumpkin seeds. Without understanding he looked at Max, "W-What is t-this?" Gabe confused, managed to croak out before regretting it ."Eat and drink. Don't try to run or call for help. You WILL die.....slowly." Gabe just nodded his head dumbly.

Max gave a swift kick to his balls, grabbed the fallen man and shoved the seeds down his throat with some water. Max took out his shepherd's crook and struck Gabe's jaw breaking it.

[Maximum Retribution]

Gabe started coughing and retching trying to void his stomach. He fell down convulsing, His voice set off a high pitched whine, as if trying to scream. Green vines started to sprout from his nose, mouth and ears. His eyes wide with terror and pure shock, he started screaming from his throat, before his eyes fell out of its sockets. "You won't need this from now." Max used a bit of strength and stomped on his nether area, crushing all three organs to paste.

His whiney scream went up another two octave clutching at his now absent groin. He Arched his body up. Vines coming out snaking their way through every crevice and hole of his body. 'EVERY' 'CREVICE' and 'HOLE'.

By some miracle he was still alive, Max tapped his staff on the ground.

[Eternity prison]

Tree roots came out wrapping around him and dragging him down. "You will never die, the bleeding will stop in a second. The vines will give you sustenance and the roots will protect you from insects and animals. You will lie here alive, till you grow old and die. Rot and live this cursed life." Max said spitting on the spot Gabe was a few seconds ago.

Max came back to the car, and sat in the driver's seat thinking about what he had just done. Sighing to himself he thought, [A monster is dead] he started the car and went back to the city.

Max dropped the car, at Percy/Sally's apartment and made his way to his waiting friends and possibly a warm pizza.

He reached the Dominos and was surprised to see them still eating. He made his way to their secluded corner and swept Thalia into a hug and kissed her deeply which she reciprocated and held him tightly feeling a weight lift from his shoulders.

They broke their hug red faced, after a few cat-calls and whistles from both staff and patrons and sat down to eat.

"Wow this pepperoni and pineapple pizza is really nice. Never had it." Max said devouring his large sized pizza.

"Yeah? Wait till you try a Chicago style, Deep-dish pizza, its better than New York ones." Thalia said as if bragging.

Max stopped eating and said,

"I'm breaking up with you."
