A Talk With A Sovereign

 The one to suppress them flies towards the figure, "Here are the two perpetrators," the Baron respectfully said to the man. After all, he is one of the few Sovereign experts in the entire Kingdom.

 Giving the baron a slight nod, the manifestation looked at the head of Mariz Barony branch, "Locked them up and make sure to send them to the Headquarters immediately," he ordered the head, who saluted at the man.

 After dealing with the trouble, the man looked at Ryker, before giving a nod of approval. "Meet the head of the branch tonight. I wish to talk with you," he told Ryker before disappearing.

 Ryker merely gave a nod, the situation changed too much for him to handle. Thankfully, it wouldn't take long for him to recover from said shock. For the rest of the spectators, however...

 He looked around to see most of them looking at the leader of the Birak Headquarters with awe. He could understand them, after all, it's not often to see the leader of the Headquarter of the Birak Kingdom.

 However, the Baron clapped his hand, and a booming sound made the awestruck spectators come to their senses. He quickly looked at the location where the Esel Barony Adventurers were currently at.

 "I don't usually meddle with the Adventure Guild, but this once, I will make an exception. Every one of you who spread the rumors of our war hero will no longer be welcomed inside the territory of the Mariz Barony. Please see your way out or we will be the one to show you the way, with force preferably. 

 At his command, all of the Esel Barony adventurers began to disperse, fleeing from the capital. Looking in satisfaction, the Baron looked at his captain, "Send your men and watch their movement. We don't want them to cause havoc at the other parts of our territory after all,"

 The captain nodded before he soon followed the adventures, many of his men following him. He then looked at the spectators with a smile. "With all of that settled, I announce the match is over,"

 After saying it, the Baron soon leaves the area, followed by the rest of the Genesis Source experts. Ryker was one of them despite not being a Genesis Source expert. After all, he has a scheduled meeting with the leader of all Adventure Guild branches in Birak Kingdom and its vassal.

 After sending the message of his whereabouts and the reason for the delay, his lovers accepted it, but not without some grumbling. He decided to give them a good night if he had some time, but first, time for the scheduled meeting.

 He arrived at the office, to see the three higher-ups, something he had expected. As for the leader, a token was placed near a protection crystal. 

 "This is a transmitter token. It was similar to the communication token, but it could even transmit protection as long as there was a projection crystal nearby. If not, you could only hear the voices," the Head explained to him, showing the two objects.

 He showed the Head he had understood, though the object still made him feel some awe. After all, he doubted any forces could come with it and even build it. It was most likely the Adventure Guild that spread the invention. However, as for the creator, there is some chance he or she was not a member of the Adventure Guild.

 Soon, they heard a buzzing. After a while, the projection crystal lights up, revealing the leader of the Birak Headquarters. 

 "Sir!" Everyone in the room saluted the man, who merely chuckled at their action.

 "There is no need for it, I just like to meet the young adventurer, after all.," When the leader talked about him, Ryker moved forward. 

 "This junior greet senior," he respectfully said to the leader, who gave him a quick nod.

 "To think I see a Genesis Core expert thrashed a Genesis Source expert and with such ease too. You possess some great potential in the future," the leader said to him. Ryker merely smiled, having nothing to say regarding that subject. 

 "By the way, I heard you have someone competing the mission meant for Genesis Source expert. Is he the one you sent to complete it?" the leader asked. The head nodded, "If I did something wrong, I will accept the punishment, "

 The leader shook his head. "No, while the rules shouldn't be broken, sometimes it should be bent slightly. If you don't have a Genesis Source adventurer, then if someone possessed the strength of one will do,"

 He turned his attention to Ryker once more, "So, have you completed it?" he nodded. "Good, then let me hear the report and proof," 

 "If you want the proof, then we need to go to the field behind the building," he told the leader, who merely smiled, "In that case, bring me there," he ordered the vice-leaders, who accepted the leader's order.

 When they get to the training field, Ryker takes out the two beast's corpses. The eyes of the vice-leaders bulged a bit at the size of the two creatures.

 "The lizard beast is the creature that had been spotted around the mine. It possessed a mastery of Law of Earth and had reached the 7th Stage Genesis Source level strength.

 As for the plant beast, it was the one that had been the cause of the mysterious mist of the lake. It possessed a mastery of Lore of Illusion and had a strength equal to a 4th Stage Genesis Source expert.

 Any further report would be given at a later period," he told them. After he told them, he got to see the most interesting look on the four people's faces.

 The head and his two subordinates only gave him a look of shock, so surprised their mouth was wide open. As for the leader, his expression is the most interesting.

 It is best described as having a nightmare or trauma coming back full force. He didn't know the reason for it but he hoped he didn't get beaten because of it.

 The leader was the one who woke up first, coughing on his hand and pretending he didn't just get shocked by the reveal. The other four people didn't mind pretending it didn't happen, for their own sake.

 The traumatized look had changed to what is best described as intrigue. "Are you going to the Birak Kingdom Capital City anytime soon?" he asked Ryker, who nodded.

 "Yes, but I planned to travel the rest of the kingdom territory first, maybe visit some of the other vassal nations and the city inside the core territory of the Birak Kingdom," he told the leader honestly.

 The man nodded, "In that case, I look forward to your arrival,"
