Akainu contacted Sengoku via Den Den Mushi.
"Fleet Admiral, I think we should explore the brain potential research. Our Navy needs more power."
Akainu clenched his fist as he spoke. Natasha's display of superpowers had left a lasting impression on him.
While he considered himself stronger, the abilities she showcased could gather intelligence from anywhere in the world.
Additionally, if developing brain potential could lead to even greater abilities, what effect might it have on Devil Fruits? This intrigued Akainu greatly.
"Indeed, it might be a task for Vegapunk."
Sengoku nodded in agreement. The world's situation was uncertain, and the threat of the SCPs loomed large. Any method to enhance their combat power was welcome.
It made Sengoku wonder if Vegapunk had already developed his brain significantly, which could explain his genius. Perhaps he could find ways to further unlock the human brain's potential. As for energy supply issues, Sengoku was confident that their physical fitness could handle it.

Naruto World
Tsunade and Jiraiya exchanged glances, intrigued by the idea of unlocking brain potential.
"Can your Rinnegan see these so-called neurons?"
Tsunade asked.
"I'll give it a try."
Jiraiya activated his Rinnegan. The Rinnegan had the capabilities of the Byakugan, allowing Jiraiya to see the internal structure of the human body, including the nervous system. However, seeing neurons at such a microscopic level proved challenging.
Jiraiya had to concentrate intensely, enhancing his Rinnegan's observational power to try and spot the neurons.
"Hmm? I think I see something densely packed."
In Jiraiya's vision, he saw countless tiny dots clustered together in Tsunade's head. Most of them were dim, with only a few shining brightly.
"Are these the neurons? There are so many."
Jiraiya's eyes widened as he leaned closer to Tsunade's head for a better look.
"Alright, you've seen enough. Don't get any closer!"
Tsunade pushed Jiraiya away, her face turning red from embarrassment at how close he had gotten.

Doraemon World
Nobita, having learned about the brain's potential, begged Doraemon to help him unlock his brain.
"Doraemon, I want to unlock my brain potential too. Please help me. I want to be smarter!"
Nobita pleaded, shaking Doraemon.
"Don't make it difficult for me, Nobita. Even in the 22nd century, brain potential is a tough subject. I can't help you with that!"
Doraemon tried to push Nobita away, dispelling his idea.

Leo Universe (Ultraman)
Gen approached Dan.
"Captain, what do you think about our brain development?"
"I'm not sure."
Dan shook his head. The concept of brain potential development was new to him, and even the Land of Light had not researched it. He wasn't certain about the development level of either Earthlings or Ultramen.
"Should we try to explore this field?"
Gen suggested.
Leo shook his head.
"We're not equipped for that kind of research. If something goes wrong, it could be disastrous. Let's leave it for now."
Gen agreed, realizing the sense in Leo's words.

Marvel Universe, Kamar-Taj
Upon returning to Kamar-Taj, the Ancient One placed the Evil God statue in the central square.
"This statue won't be able to act if someone is watching it. The Evil God inside won't escape as long as people keep an eye on it. With people constantly moving through the square, there will always be someone watching."
The Ancient One decided against sealing the statue away with designated watchers, preferring the community to oversee it together.
"However, we should still have dedicated watchers, just in case."
Stephen Strange suggested.
"Indeed."
The Ancient One nodded, assigning people to take turns watching the statue.
She then took out the independent magic source filled with immense magical energy.
"So, this is the independent magic source!"
Mordo exclaimed in shock. He had never sensed such an overwhelming amount of magical energy.
Without a word, the Ancient One tossed the magic source into the air.
It hovered instead of falling.
"Bzzzz!"
The magic source emitted a dazzling light and a unique sound wave, followed by an immense surge of magical energy gushing out like a fountain.
In the next second, Kamar-Taj was bathed in radiant, multicolored light.
The ground trembled slightly.
The startled apprentices conjured shields to protect themselves.
The disturbance soon subsided, leaving Kamar-Taj transformed.
The sky was filled with multicolored beams, and glowing particles gently descended, creating a stunning scene.
"What immense magical energy!"
Wong was incredulous, feeling the rich magical particles even in the air.
The Ancient One formed a circle with her hands and casually cast a lightning spell, shattering a distant boulder.
"Such powerful magic!"
Mordo was astonished. In the past, gathering enough energy for a lightning spell would have taken more time. Now, it could be done with a simple gesture.
"Ancient One, with such immense magical energy, we won't need contracts with otherworldly beings. We can use any magic directly!"
Wong said excitedly. He knew many spells but had refrained from learning some due to the high cost of contracting with otherworldly beings. Now, those limitations seemed lifted.
"Wong, you're overthinking it."
The Ancient One's words made Wong pause.
"We contract with otherworldly beings not just for their energy, but also for their unique magic. Different beings offer different magical abilities. If we rely solely on Kamar-Taj's magical energy, we can't replicate their powers."
The Ancient One explained.
"Do we still need to contract with them?"
Mordo asked.
"For now, we can avoid further contracts. With this immense magic source and our knowledge, we can develop our own Kamar-Taj magic. We'll only contract with otherworldly beings when we face unbeatable foes."
The Ancient One's calm demeanor reassured everyone.
They understood her plan and couldn't help but smile, excited about developing their own magic. If successful, they would be the founding ancestors of new magical arts!
