Rhodey: "Hey, what's up with that guy sending someone into such a scary place alone?"
Tony Stark: "You'll understand soon."
Rhodey: "Huh? Can someone explain what that giant creature is?"
Tony Stark: "That's a kaiju, a type of giant monster unique to the world of Ultraman Leo."
Orochimaru: "A kaiju? I wonder how it compares to the Nine-Tails."
As Gen , in his Leo Ultraman form, descended rapidly into the dark staircase, the oppressive atmosphere closed in. Despite his incredible speed, allowing him to descend multiple floors in seconds, there was no sign of the two MAC team members he was searching for.
The persistent sobbing and the eerie tapping on the walls unnerved him.
Ultraman: "How deep is this place? Who created something like this?"
While Leo delved deeper into the staircase's mysteries, outside, a fierce battle raged on. A newly emerged kaiju wreaked havoc in the city, with the MAC team struggling to hold it off.
Just as the situation became dire, Gen's alter ego, Dan Moroboshi (MAC's captain), arrived with the recently completed robot, King Joe Custom. With the robot's overwhelming power, the tide of battle quickly turned.
Rhodey: "Wow, a giant robot? Tony, I always thought you were the best scientist, but now I'm not so sure."
Tony Stark: "What? Just give me some time, and I'll build one even better! Hey, Dan, care to share King Joe's schematics and analysis? I'd love to compare notes."
Dan Moroboshi: "You sure you want them here? They're pretty complicated."
Dan transmitted a series of intricate calculations, blueprints, and data—enough to overwhelm even the sharpest minds.
Franky: "Interesting! If I could decipher this, I could create the ultimate Franky Shogun!"
Luffy: "That sounds awesome!"
Sengoku: "Don't even think about it. We'll get there first!"
Jiraiya: "I don't care about any of that. Just don't block the screen!"
As everyone debated these technological marvels, the screen's electronic voice spoke again.
"In the SCP universe, there are numerous infinite spaces like the staircase. One of the most famous is an IKEA store."
The screen shifted to show a large, seemingly ordinary IKEA store.
Stephen Strange: "Wait, aren't we still dealing with the staircase? How did we move on?"
Natasha Romanoff: "Maybe something changed."
Bruce Wayne: "Another infinite space? What secrets does this IKEA store hold?"
"IKEA Superstore—a seemingly mundane name for a store. However, nobody knows when it first appeared. Despite being on what was previously an empty lot, it suddenly manifested one day. Investigations revealed that the store contained an infinite, labyrinthine space. Entering meant nearly no chance of returning."
"We started by sending drones inside, but they quickly lost contact. Then, we dispatched D-Class personnel."
"Despite setting a two-hour exploration limit, they were never seen again. Their communication was completely severed. We sent in numerous other D-Class subjects, even attempting to break in through the walls."
"But entering through any means other than the main entrance led to a completely ordinary IKEA store, and exiting posed no challenge. The anomaly is only triggered by using the main entrance."
"Eventually, one of the D-Class subjects managed to escape, though barely alive. He was covered in injuries, evidence of a fierce struggle."
"From his account, we learned that the store's interior is an infinitely extending, maze-like space filled with mannequin-like creatures. These entities have their own consciousness and move about freely. While the store's lights are on, they pose no threat. However, when the lights go out, these mannequins become hostile, claiming the store is closed and attacking any humans inside."
"The survivor described a harrowing experience, fleeing constantly and barely making it to the exit. He explained that he couldn't retrace his steps and that the exit seemed to move randomly. This explains why so many were unable to escape."
Rhodey: "Hey, is this a horror movie? It sounds like that famous novel."
Diana Prince: "You mean The Mist? It's similar, but not quite."
Mordo: "An ordinary store with infinite space and monsters? Is this the result of some kind of cursed magic?"
Orochimaru: "Magic? Is that part of your chakra system?"
Mordo: "No, it's a force that alters reality."
Orochimaru: "Reality manipulation? Interesting."
As the discussion continued, the screen kept narrating.
"The following day, someone else emerged from the store, followed closely by one of the mannequin creatures, just as the D-Class subject described. However, this mannequin was several meters tall."
"The mannequin, armed with a blade, severely injured the escapee, who died shortly after. A recovery team quickly gunned down the creature, but the survivor was beyond saving."
"A journal found on the deceased detailed his experiences within IKEA."
The journal read:
"So, I'm writing this to keep a record. Maybe I've gone crazy. I usually have a good sense of direction, but I've been lost in IKEA for two days now. I haven't seen a single person the whole time. At first, I thought it was a prank—a giant maze, everyone hiding to laugh at me. But when I tried to go back, everything had changed. The exit was gone, replaced by rows upon rows of shelves."
