Just For Once

After having dinner with her mother, Elycia returned to the palace. She first went to see the Head Servant who was a bit disappointed at her for leaving without saying anything. However, as the Head Servant understood what her family situation was like, she decided to let it slide but told her to always let her know if she were to leave the palace again like that.

After this, Elycia went to the royal library and sat on her usual seat. She took some books and tried to read but... she can't pay attention at all.

Rafe gave her two days and a day had passed. That means if she didn't make a move the next day, not just her but her mother and the Crown Prince would also be doomed.

Hard as it was, she couldn't hesitate any more and she knew that.

As she wondered about the task waiting for her, Elycia thought that it was better this way. For the Crown Prince, to be fooled would be better than to lose his life, right?
