Marriage Consummation

Anna stormed to their room in pure annoyance. So many wives he has married and he call that 'not much', humph

Juverl got inside the room and pulled Anna close to him. There was no more distance

"Let go of me" Anna requested

"Why?" He asked

"Because" She blushed and couldn't look up at him anymore "I don't want to lose my innocence yet. The marriage consummation will have to wait" Embarrassingly, she told him

"I am not consummating the marriage yet. Not now at least. Those wicked things will just have to wait till soon. Tonight, I will enjoy company"

"What do you speak of?" Anna was still trying to break loose from him

"I have been sleeping alone for years. None of my previous wives made it to my bed. I told them what I had to before I could even show them around. Tonight, I will know what it feels like not to sleep alone" He let go of her

"Whatever"

"Get undressed" He told her

"Okay. You can sleep before I do. I have to read some of the books here"

"I also have some business to take care of. I will be up for a while"

Anna went into the bathroom to undress. There was a cold bath there, wonder why? Naughty maids. Anna took off her evening gown and put on a Blue night wear. When she got back into the room, she found Juverl wearing the same thing. She turned back to the bathroom

"Don't take it off" Juverl said behind her

"Stop sneaking up on me"

"You are getting use to it. See, that is progress right there"

"Stop it anyway"

"Okay. You know what? This isn't fair. Tonight, we should get to know each other more than this. Come into the garden with me" Juverl pulled her with him

"There's a garden here? Finally, some place that is not colourless"

Juverl opened a glass door that led to the garden. Anna was thinking of twirling around in it, instead, she just stood in one spot like she was dreaming

"What is this place?" Anna asked him "Is this your so called 'garden'? Seriously, dead flowers? An unkempt pound with dead fishes? '"

"Isn't it peaceful? Come have a sit on the bench with me" He pulled her and sat her down on the bench

"Juverl, is it possible that you have a situation? How can you like this? Everything in this garden is dead"

"I know. You can change it if you want. I will fund you"

"You don't need to tell me twice. You wanted to do a little union, didn't you?"

"Yes. Tomorrow, my mood might change, I may not have long conversations like this with you. I will start"

"Okay, go ahead" Anna sat up to listen to him

"My father told me once that my mother was his concubine. They had me out of a mistake. My father cherished me most regardless of my attributes. That's why he always send me to lead wars; where I for the name I go by now 'prince of darkness'. I fight in anger and all mixed emotions. Even though my mother is hanging somewhere between life and death, I have a feeling that she will make it. I feel helpless. With all my power, I can't even get her out of coma.

There was no more love left for me. Over the past years, I have realize that I lacked the love of a woman. If I cannot have a mother, a wife is another option. But of all the wives I had, only you survived till tonight. No matter how hard it can be, I will dedicate most of my time to being with you. I will learn to love you and tolerate you. That is the first thing on my list. You are bold, protecting yourself you can do. If we can make this marriage work, I can assure a better life than this dark hole we are in"

"For a demon prince, you have sugary words. Is this what you told your previous wives too?"

"No. I didn't feel when I was with them. Feeling something with you has make me determined to make this work. Tell me about you. Maybe somethings I don't know "

"You know all about me. There is nothing else to tell. Although, I had a vision back in the carriage. It is ridiculous, I should not tell you about it" Anna rested on him

"No, tell me. I want to know. No secrets. Tell me all about it" Juverl insisted

"Well, I think it was our future together. I saw a old man taking my baby away and using her as a sacrificial lamb in a spooky dark cave. If I manage to have a children with you, I don't want them to be abducted by a creepy old man" Anna held into his waist in a hugging position

"No one will take our baby away from us. Calm down, don't cry" He stroked her head

Before long, Anna fell asleep on him. Juverl was careful not to wake her when he picked her up in his arms. Unmeasurable warmth swallowed him and his lips curved up to a smile. How could a fragile little girl turn him on like this?

Juverl went back inside the room and went upstairs. He put Anna on the bed and tucked her into it. His demon was going crazy. It wanted to claim her but he couldn't. He had to hold himself back. Juverl left the room and went to his personal room to sleep because of the tempting body Anna had.

If he was to stay longer with her, he could hurt her. That wasn't on his list.
