Chapter 166 Missing Alex 1

  I watched Alex leave me with his mother, and the rest of the ladies here. He paused in his steps and met my gaze again with a wicked smile on his lips before walking away. Wait what does Alex think he's doing leaving me here?

"Shouldn't you be on your honey moon Hazel?" Grandma asked. "She's scared of what's about to come after the wedding!" Carie replied with a smile. "Carie!" Mother scolded.

"What? I'm not a child anymore and mum you should start wearing some lingerie for dad!" "Carie!" Grandma scolded this time to earn a loud laugh from both Avery and her younger sister. It was clear they were teasing mother and grandma knew they'd come for her soon.

My God, this girl is meant to be my friend, Carie chuckled at my gaze. "What is to come? Don't tell me Hazel's a virgin?" Avery continued with my conversation again. Here I was thinking I was out of the picture they always find ways to make the the topic of their discussions. "Avery that's not a bad thing!" Mother said patting my back tenderly.

"I need to get something straight, Hazel are you a virgin? Grandma asked directly. Must it always be me? Ah... God please save me'. It's a good thing the guys took another yatch.

I stared at the street of Monaco yatch again, hoping I would see Alex again, just once more even if we were now a bit far from it, but I saw nothing. I couldn't find his figure anywhere. That foolish Man, I expected him to step in and pick me up. He knows how stubborn I can be, especially when angry.

I wasn't thinking straight few minutes ago when I refused to go with him. I know how much fun it is to be around Alex, especially when he doesn't let me do anything and just carry me around.

I haven't seen him for a week now and last night, even if we were together all night, I still didn't get enough of him.

"We could ask the helmsman to turn back if you still want to go back!" Mother offered. "No I'm fine!". Alex is not worth it, if he needs me, he knows where to find me.

We got into a van that took us back home. "Did you tell Lukas about the news!" I whispered to see Carie nod coyly. She brought out her finger slowly to show me a diamond ring. I screamed before covering my lips with me hands. Peeking around just incase someone See's or hear us.

Carie peeked around too before taking me to her room. We giggled together as she sat on the bed. "When did you tell him?" "Last night, when Maya fell. By the way what happened to her?" 

"She was drank poisonous liquid and unfortunately she lost her pregnancy!" "Maya was pregnant?" "Yes, but Alex said whatever happened she did it to herself!" 

"What?" I sat on the bed too. "Does this mean she killed her child on purpose?" "I don't know, Alex didn't want to talk about it!"

"How are my niece and nephew?" I quickly changed the conversation to see Carie smile "They're healthy Hazel!" "I need to go see Maya and aunt Amelia in the hospital. No matter what they're now my family!" She nodded at my words

"What did he say about Maya Dad?" Berverly walked up to her father who just arrived back home. "Useless children!! Martin raised his hands to hit his daughter but stopped in the air when Amelia called his name. "That is no way to treat your children!" She scolded.

"These shameless liars are not children, they're animals. You lie without reasoning!" He turned back to Berverly who was shocked but covered it up with her expressionless face.

"What are you talking about?" "Your daughters are liars, what she told us was totally different from what I saw from the CCTV footage. Why would they try to harm that man's family knowing how dangerous he is?"

"It's a miracle Philip's not dead yet. Alexander is not someone you mess with, he's a serial killer!" "You know very well, how dangerous he can be when someone tries to harm his family members or himself!". 'When a threat is found it is better to be eradicated from the surface of the earth'. How could he forgot the man's words.

"If anything had happened to my sister after your daughters foolish attempts, then your generation would have been wiped from the surface of this Earth. You should thank your stars your daughter's the one laid in there!"
