"Smith kidnapped Astoria" Ryan said with his voice shaking as he looks at his grandfather with fury.

"I heard about it" the old man said facing the window.

"Is that what you are going to say, someone's life is at danger and all you are going to say is that you heard about it?"Ryan said with disbelief in his voice.

"She is not going to die, let's just continue with the plan and catch him he must pay for what he did to my son" the old man said turning to look at him.

"Do you realize that Astoria is my wife?" Ryan asked Incase he has forgotten, but then old man just turned and made his way to the room.

"Are you doing this knowing fully well that she is? Well then I can see that you mind is made up, I would drop everything out do whatever you please, you should give your company to someone else" Ryan shouted after his grandfather and the man didn't flinch.

"Okay then ignore me, ignore me once I walk out through door I swear to my dead parents I am not coming back" Ryan said with his tears on his face.

"No Ryan we can find Astoria" his grandmother said holding his hands.

"How? Where we don't even have a hint of where he can be" Ryan said looking at her.

"Astoria as my ring" she said slowly with tears gathering in her eyes.

"What ring?" Ryan asked curiously

"Well, I used that ring to track my husband's movement when he started having symptoms Alzheimer, he suddenly forgets were he is going or where he came from, from maybe like 10 years ago" she said with her breath shaking.

"Where is the ring?" Ryan asked again.

"Astoria as it she mistook it for hers, the day I came to your place, no I intentionally let her take it I had a feeling something like this would happen"

"So how can we check it?"

"On my phone"

"We have gotten the location of the ring and we are ready to move" a Police officer stood in front of Ryan said, but Ryan was quite and looking lost like as if he is deep in thought.

"Ryan? They are ready to move" Harry said patting his laps to bring him to reality.

"Ryan?" Harry called again.

"Tomorrow is the final results for the sunlight project " Ryan said still looking serious

"No you are getting awarded tomorrow" Harry said with a proud father smile.

"Let's give grandfather the field he wants" Ryan said and stood up on his feet

Harry followed suit wondering what has come over is friend so he asked.

"What do you mean?"

"Tomorrow morning after it is certain that he has left home, I mean Mr Smith the police would go for the rescue operation then I would go for the award" Ryan said.

"And?" Harry asked putting his attention on what Ryan is saying.

"I would turn down the award and make him take it instead, the police would come in to arrest him at the stage of receiving the award" Ryan said turned back swiftly.

"That's crazy so the latest news would be that the winner of the sunlight project is actually a criminal" Harry said with a larger smile.

"Yes" Ryan said and nodded

"Then that means we should add more reporters, the more they are the more the news would spread.

"We should" Ryan agreed and gave out a deep sigh.

"If they told me you were this smart I would bet that you are not"

"Mine is a hidden talent" he said with a smirk.

Ryan entered his car smiling when he remembered the plan and everything, thank goodness it went well, Because if their is a mistake, Astoria's life can really be in danger.

he was so happy and excited, that he almost forgot how to breathe and also he ignored everyone that called his name he didn't even let his driver drive he wanted to get there as soon as possible.

Harry told him that she is in the hospital, and that is where he needs to go first.

He rushed to the hospital and looked around looking for Astoria, then he found her sitting silently on the bed looking lost, his legs stopped on the track as at how tattered she had become.

There where plasters on her face and hands, and she looked really stressed up and tried.

And it stuck him so hard because this is all his fault, he made her like this, she is in pain because of her, his legs won't move because he really did not want to move near her.

Astoria on her own side had nothing to think about, she is only waiting for Ryan.

But he is taking to long and she really hates hospitals so she stood up in attempt to go out for a walk or anything.

That was when she stood up and her eyes met his, they both looked at each other with mixed feelings, Astoria happy to see him and him happy to see her but filled with guilt.

Astoria took the first step and went to him, she held him by his hands and looked into his eyes, wondering why he is so lost.

"Are you okay?" She asked softly.

"Yes I am, and I am glad you are okay" Ryan said avoiding an eye contact

"I am fine don't worry" Astoria said with a re assuring voice.

"Let's go home" she said and made his way outside the hospital, while Astoria followed immediately.

He was so disgusted in himself, he was so angry with himself, he couldn't bear his own self, it is his fault, he made her like that only of he didn't ask her to get married to him, she won't have been in this mess.

"Ryan?" Astoria called and he stopped walkie and looked at her.

"What happened to me is none of your fault, I am saying this Incase you are blaming yourself, and I am really fine" Astoria said with a smile.

"But you are not" Ryan insisted

"I am fine" Astoria said.

"It's hurt to see you this way?" Ryan said raising his voice a little.

"Why are you so worried? Are we real?" Astoria also said getting angry and confused at his sudden new behavior.

"Our marriage might not be real but my feelings for you is really real, because I like you"
