CH360. My baby is gone

"Our boss is busy at the moment. I guess you have to stay here for a few more days before he finishes what that he is doing."

"What?" Lei Ran sits up in anger. "I am warning you now. Tell him that it is I who wants to see him... I cannot stay here. I have things to do."

"I have things to do too," The guess says tautingly. "Enjoy your night." 

He then walks out and locks the door.

And this is the biggest humiliation Lei Ran has ever received. 

She stomps her feet in anger, but she is still locked inside there.

How is she supposed to have a good night when she is in this room?

Both Lu Min Chen and Ye Xiao Xiao stay awake to keep Lu Yu Yan company the whole night until she gains consciousness.

Lu Min Chen had wanted to send her home for the night, but she turned him down.

"Yu Yan?" Lu Min Chen calls when Lu Yu Yan finally opens her eyes in the early hours of the morning.

"Min Chen?" Lu Yu Yan calls emotionally and tears begin falling from her eyes once again.

"Yu Yan... Are you uncomfortable?" Lu Min Chen asks worriedly.

But she shakes her head. " It is my child...she is gone... Min Chen, my baby is gone!"

Lu Min Chen hugs her. "It is okay," he says softly. But his voice is hoarse too. He feels like crying.

"You do not get it," Lu Yu Yan says after crying for a while longer. "That was child with Yu Luoshan. But I lost it."

"Relax dear," Lu Min Chen says. "I know it is hard on you. I also feel it. But it has already happened. Try not thinking about it."

Lu Yu Yan remains quiet. And it is only later that Lu Min Chen realises that she has fallen asleep again.

He sighs in relief. It is better when she us asleep instead of her crying out like that.

The doctor said that she miscarried after being depressed for some days.

She must have been worried or afraid about something. And keeping all the stress with her, it caused harm to her child.

And Lu Min Chen understands what the stress was all about. She was missing Yu Luoshan. And she was worried that he might never come back to her.

He looks behind him, only to realise that Ye Xiao Xiao is not yet back from picking up a call.

It has been around half an hour since she left. What could be taking her so long?

But assuming that she might have received a call from Ting Ting, her only friend, he decides not to worry.

At times, the two would even talk for more than three hours. Half an hour is just normal.
