CH132. Let us sleep then

"A billion?" Ye Xiao Xiao asks in shock. "That...that is too much. I can't earn it my whole life,right?" 

Lu Min Chen stares at her face and resists to tell her the  thought that is in his mind now.

"But it can be..." Ye Xiao Xiao says and sighs. "I think I need to find a more well paying job."

"I will pay it for you," Lu Min Chen says. "You don't need to work hard anymore."

"Um?" Ye Xiao Xiao looks at him in confusion. "Pay one billion?"

"Is there any problem?" Lu Min Chen asks her. She seems so shocked.

"That is too much. You don't need to. I will do it myself," Ye Xiao Xiao says.

She should not trouble him. People will think that she forced him to pay for her. And that is a lot of money. What if he goes bankrupt?

"It is not a lot," Lu Min Chen says. "I want to pay it for you."

"But it won't make a difference. It will mean that I owe you instead," she says. There is never anything free in this world.

"Does it feel bad you owing me?" Lu Min Chen raises his brows.  "I won't ask you for it. You can just pay me in whatever way you want. Even a kiss can do," he says and stares at her lips.

Ye Xiao Xiao sits up when she hears him. She looks at him carefully,like she is afraid of him.

Lu Min Chen realises that his words night have startled her. He smiles awkwardly. "I was just joking. Don't take it seriously, okay?" He says.

Ye Xiao Xiao sighs in relief. At least it was just a joke. So, she leaves it at that.

"You said that your hobby was sleeping?" Lu Min Chen asks when he recalls her words.

"Somehow," Ye Xiao Xiao nods. "I like sleeping when I know that I am fee from all worries. That would feel great."

"Let us sleep then," Lu Min Chen says. "I like to sleep too."

"What? Sleep now?" She asks back in shock. How can a whole president want to sleep at this time?

"Yeah, let us sleep!" Lu Min Chen says and looks at her adoringly. "You know it will be a blessing if I ever get a chance of sharing a bed with you."

Ye Xiao blushes at his words. "You must be joking Young master. It is really a curse sharing a bed with me. I don't know how to sleep calmly."

Lu Min Chen smiles when she says this. He remembers the several kicks he received from her last night. He even thought that she was in a fight.

"Can we try it?" He asks her. "I really wonder what it will feel like."

"There are some things you should never joke about young master," Ye Xiao Xiao says. "You might make someone  die from shock."

"Um...why?" 

"Your words are shocking. How can I share a bed with you?" Ye Xiao says asks.
